Welcome to your next relaxing get away in the gorgeous and cool White Mountains. This perfect location is feet away from golfing and close to hiking, kayaking, fishing, tennis, restaurants and so much more. Three bedrooms and two full baths, full size washer/dryer, lower level condo which sleeps six comfortably. Fully furnished with all amenities including a fire place, outdoor table, propane BBQ grill and unlimited relaxation! Very clean and cabin cozy!

this place is amazing. nestled between the golf course and hidden from the main road but close to all the restaurants and little shops I would go back often just to stay at this property!!

Great location, beautiful decor

This is our 2nd visit and we loved it just as much. You can’t go wrong staying here if you’re a golfer! Just a gorgeous golf course, and the Barclay’s Restaurant, just steps away (above the pro shop) is superb with wonderful service.

Perfect Pinetop Getaway

Great location, very clean, no hassle check in. We stayed three nights in the comfy condo. It had everything we needed and was close to family that live in town.

Great Location

Our trip was centered around golf and the proximity to the Pinetop CC was excellent, walking distance! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults, decorated nicely and updates were noticeable.

We owned a place in this development for several years.. it was nice going back, the surrounding property is so nice and the golf course is beautiful. The condo was very nice and comfortable.. I would definitely stay there again.

This condo is perfect for us, it’s the 2nd time we have stayed here.The unit is clean and comfortable and the owner is very responsive. We will stay there again in the spring.

This condo is lovely, with high end decor and furniture. The master bed is heaven! My only change would be to remove the mounted animal heads. Not all of us are hunters and it is sad to see those beautiful animals killed for fun!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!

Three of us went to a wedding at The Gathering Place and we were literally 200 yards from their parking lot. Also perfect for golfing as it’s 25 feet from the club house. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding. A new hairdryer may be in order or bring your own if you have long thick hair. I hope to get time to rent this place again in the summer as a great get away from the heat!

Truly a Home Away from Home

We just loved it, and it was just steps from the pro shop so my husband was in heaven. He was able to go to the driving range as often as he wanted, and we enjoyed nice walks in the cool mountain air. Great Golf course. The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything you need for cooking your own meals, and there was a propane barbecue grill as well. The bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Not quite as advertised

Location is next to the Pinetop Lakes GC. Unfortunately the noise in the early mornings is unsettling. The air conditioning mentioned is a very noisy box located in the dining area. As such it does not cool down the bedrooms, which results in the use of floor fans to keep these rooms cool. The screen doors were falling off and one door did not have one.

Quick Trip in the Pines

We were in town for a wedding, which conveniently was right across the street from the condo. Great quiet location and right next to the golf course. Wish I could have got in a round. The host family was so helpful and responded quickly to every question we had. The condo was clean and tidy and perfect for our 2 nights in Pinetop. We enjoyed sitting in front of the electric fireplace with a bottle of wine. And my wife especially loved the heat lamps in the bathrooms. Definitely recommend for your next stay in the Pinetop area.

Run to the Pines

Our stay at this property was excellent. The property owners were very informative and quick to answer our questions. We had no problem getting into the property and found everything we needed. We went for the car show and it was the perfect property, we had the car show in our backyard. It would very much so be a golfers dream location as well. I would recommend this property for sure!!
