We allow pets in our homes. However, cats and dogs must be discussed/approved by the host before booking. There is a one-time $75 flat fee for bringing pets due to the extra cleaning and sanitation we must do to ensure the unit is clean for our next guest.

Please notify host ahead of time how many pets and what breeds you will be bringing. We love pets, but please don’t sneak them in or there will be a $125 fee charged to the guest.

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I rented this location when we came into town for a couple spring training games, and it was just perfect! It was clean and cozy with lots of amenities. It’s a short walk to the ballpark and a short ride to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and responsive, I had a pair of shoes mailed to the wrong address and she even helped me try to find them. Friendly neighbors here too!!

Great location

I liked how close it was to Mesa and Tempe. It was quiet. There was covered parking which was great and it was right in front of the apartment. Worked for what I needed.

Ironman visit

Coffee House-Nice Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for us and our toddler. So many nice little things made the stay feel like a vacation should: TV, good variety of kitchen and coffee utensils, in unit laundry, good A/C, nice patio, quiet and safe and good service. Easy walk to Cubs spring training and shopping. Thanks for providing everything we needed for our toddler as well.

Great rental for Spring Training

The condo is exactly as pictured in the listing. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Comfortable and clean. Two blocks to Sloan Park and a quick drive to Tempe Marketplace. Easy to get all around Phoenix from this location and lots of places to eat/shop close by.

Coffee House

This home was perfect for our vacation. We felt comfortable and cozy and enjoyed walking to the surrounding parks. The coffee was an amazing touch with plenty of variety to pick from 😊 Being dog friendly was the most important to us, and the Coffee House 100% goes above expectations! The property manager was very welcoming to us & the dogs. There are blankets, toys and bowls dedicated to the pets. I highly recommend this property.

Could not have been happier with the property! It was new and fresh. It was pet friendly, which is a stress reducer!! So many extras were thought about, like speciality coffees, shampoo and conditioners, etc. and it was a wonderful stay.

Baseball Tournament Stay

We stayed for a week while our grandson had a tournament. The location was ideal since it was easy to hop on 101, 202, or 60 to get to ball fields or places to hike. The place itself was also ideal. It was bright, roomy, and very clean. The best part was the great variety of coffee choices and coffee appliances to experiment with. We could have a leisurely start to our day with our coffee inside or on the patio. The pool was close and the hot tub was great!

Excellent Stay!

So clean and comfortable. Fun coffee theme with different kinds of ways to make coffee, no matter how you like it! The veranda is like your own little piece of the outdoors which we enjoyed every morning and then in the evening. Super location; easy to find places to eat, shop, play or you can just shop for your own food and eat in. It was like being at home! Thank you for such an awesome experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

Mesa trip

The property was updated and clean (except for a little dog hair under the kitchen island). Bed very comfortable. Nice place for 2 people. We had no water but fortunately it came back on within an hour. We rented another place with our family where there was a lot of communication before and during our stay there. Was disappointed there was little communication. Out of the owners control is the amount of air traffic. Planes are constantly going over from 5 in the morning until midnight. All in all we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.
