This is a gorgeous new build home with all new, comfortable furniture. Enjoy a dip in the brand new modern large pool/spa or a friendly game of bball on the 25â x 20â custom court. Relax by the fire pit and enjoy some outdoor games like oversized connect four or corn hole. When indoors retreat to the game room to play billiards, board games or the arcade games. Unwind with a movie or show on any of the smart tvâs indoors. There is an outdoor dining table as well as fire pit and lounge chairs.
Welcome to The Playhouse. Brand new construction home with pool , spa, half basketball court, bbq, outdoor dining and lounging, game room completed with billiards and plenty of board games all for your entertainment and enjoyment. There is plenty of sitting and relaxing areas for the entire group to enjoy. We welcome you and look forward to making it your best stay yet!

If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isnât. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:Â If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $50, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
