Welcome to Marinwood Beach House! A beautiful & tranquil getaway on the shores of historic Crystal Springs! One of the best beach & neighborhoods on the island. Completely renovated 1930's cottage w/chef's kitchen, cozy designer furnishings and Puget Sound Views. Take in sunsets, watch marine life & relax beachside on 100 feet of private beachfront and immaculately landscaped garden - one of the few private beaches in our neighborhood. Walk to trails & minutes to Pleasant Beach Village.

Our 1930's beach cottage lives surprisingly large for 1200 sf. Our home is located in the Crystal Springs beach community of Bainbridge Island. We think you'll enjoy the charm of our neighborhood as much as we do! Once up the walkway and stairs, you will arrive at our front entrance, a cedar plank covered patio furnished with outdoor lounge seating - a great spot to relax watch the sunset.

Outdoor Seating/Lounge
Enjoy unforgettable views of Puget Sound from our covered Lanai or deck off kitchen. A double set of french doors right off the kitchen open up onto the trex deck with a panoramic view of puget sound. Guests love to open up the doors to bring in the fresh sea air. From the deck, you can take the stairs to the grass yard.

Our three bedrooms all have fantastic mattresses, fitted with high thread count sheets, coverlets, lots of pillows and extra blankets. We take our cleaning and safety protocol seriously: all our pillows have protectors, mattresses with barriers and all our washed after each stay:

Primary Room:

* Dresser, closet and built-in bookcases
* Full Size mirror
* Adjacent to to jack 'n' jill bath.

Second bedroom:
* Full bed with premium mattress & topper
* Vintage nightstands with bedside lamps
* Full size mirror - this room does not have a closet but we were creative with hooks and hangers and provide you with a luggage rack. There is also plenty of space under bed for storage. While smaller, it is cozy and a guest favorite.

Third bedroom: Trundle Room
* Daybed with trundle (two twin mattresses and sleeps 2),
* Full size closet with organizer,
* Electric heating unit
* Vaulted ceiling

Bathroom 1- Jack n Jill
This is a charming jack n jill shared by the primary and second bedroom; it's equipped with a shower and vintage style pedestal sink with shelving for toiletry items.

Bathroom 2 - Main
The second bathroom is completely new and added during the remodel; marble tiled shower and marble vanity with storage; behind the folding doors you'll see our stackable washer and dryer.

100 feet of Private Beachfront
We are one of the only homes with private waterfront and yard on this section of Crystal Springs. The beach is across the road from the house. Typical of this area Crystal Springs. The yard is expansive with a manicured lawn, native plant gardens and stone patio overlooking the beach. We also have one of the only private docks. Don't miss taking a stroll to the far end where you can see all the way from Point White, Rich Passage and ferries to the south and Brownsville, Poulsbo to the north...and of course the beautiful Bainbridge coastline. We have a kayak and two paddle boards available as well as corn hole and frisbees. Adirondack chairs and a custom fire pit complete the beach scene.
