Regarding the kitchen, while it is compact, it is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, and many of our guests have found it convenient and functional. As for the pool, we understand expectations can vary, and while it isn’t a lap pool, many of our guests have enjoyed it for its relaxing atmosphere and pleasant size. The building does not have an elevator, but there are only two floors and a short flight of approximately seven steps to reach the apartment. We strive to communicate this clearly in our listing so that guests can plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of access instructions. We usually send this information ahead of arrival, and we regret that this was missed in your case. We are reviewing our communication process to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
