Welcome to Trapper's Landing 38, a large 2-bedroom plus sleeping den/3.5-bathroom townhome just minutes from the main Sun Peaks Resort village.
The ground level features the living room, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, and a private balcony off of the living room with a propane barbecue.
The second level features the master bedroom with another private balcony and an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with another ensuite bathroom as well.
The basement level features the sleeping den with a full bathroom, in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, and access to the patio with your private hot tub.
From either of the private balconies, you have a fantastic view of runs on Mt Morrisey as well as the start of the Orient Express chairlift.

This property has 1 outdoor parking space available.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
