Welcome to Trappers Landing #26. A bright multi-level home with 3 bedrooms, a den, and 4 bathrooms, with enough space for two families. Enjoy a tranquil soak in the hot tub with unparalleled unobstructed alpine views. The greenbelt separating the runs and golf course offers privacy and a true sense of nature. No matter the season, this unit offers something for everyone in the family, whether it's an adventure, calm, or coziness! In summer the property also benefits from portable air conditioning.

Big beautiful condo with all the amenities we could wish for; Sun Peaks was a perfect spot for a family gathering and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic location

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, excellent communication and service when questions arose - one of our best rental experience at Sun Peaks! We hope to return to stay again.

Spring break getaway Sunpeaks

Great location, roomy for 8 (4 adults and 2 kids). Furnace wasn’t working so was cold, property manager responded quickly and brought space heaters to warm the place.

Magical stay in Sun Peaks

This house is fantastic - we stayed over Christmas amidst -30 deg celsius temps and it was perfect for our extended family. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked enabling me to whip up a feast for Christmas Day and the appliances were all top notch. Unfortunately the snow was so abundant that we weren't able to ski in/out due to the path not being clear but it was an easy 1-2 min walk over the road. Excellent location for the village walk although due to the extreme temperatures we mostly had to drive. Would happily stay again!

No working AC during heat warning.

Large spacious house with lots of room for our grown children and their families. It is well equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately the air conditioner was out of order and we weren’t made aware of it. When we arrived the main floor was 86 f and the top floor rooms were even hotter! The management team was easily available but were unable to rectify the issue. Fans were brought in and a portable ac unit on the fourth and last night, with no relief. Unfortunately the bedrooms were so hot that some of our family with small children had to leave early. The large curtains are torn and the decks were filthy! If the Air conditioning was working I feel we would have had a more enjoyable experience.

We will be taking steps to ensure this does not happen again. We do have a 24-hour on-mountain support phone line for any assistance you need during your stay and would have loved to address this issue as it occurred. Regardless, we apologize for the inconvenience. We would love to make it up to you and provide you with a better experience in Sun Peaks next time. We hope the compensation provided helped to alleviate some of the inconvenience you experienced.
