We had a great time visiting this property! We had a newborn traveling with us so this area was perfect with the shade from the trees and tons of sand for my other kids to play in! The house was exactly what we needed in terms of quaintness and privacy! Dawn communicated with us every step of the way and we already booked another trip for next year!

Best ever!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The owners were great to work with. The cabin was clean. Overall just very relaxing!! Also the fishing was great too! We will definitely stay here again.

Super Clean!

We stayed here for a family snowmobile trip and had a great time. The house is clean, spacious and has plenty of amenities. Communication was great and we felt very welcomed on arrival. We plan to come back this summer!

Family getaway

We needed a place over the week ofJuly 4th at the last minute and this met our needs. The kayaks were great and the lake was lovely. Our days were spent reading, playing games and popping in and out of the kayaks.

Great Northern getaway

The place was perfect. Great location for day trips to Mackinaw Island & Traverse City. It had everything we needed. Loved the fall decor touches and s’mores kit! The sunrises with coffee were stunning. The dock, kayaks, and fire pit made for an awesome chillax day!

Snowmobile Gaylord

We stay in VRBO’s every winter to snowmobile. This was by far the cleanest and best one we have ever stayed in…..We will definitely be back !! Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and the lake house……

You couldn’t ask for a nicer host or cleaner house to stay in. It’s perfect for sledding trail is at the end of the street plenty of driveway room.

My husband and I took my grown children and their spouses for a long weekend. The property was everything I expected from doing my research on VRBO. This property had everything that we needed. Our weather was not great summer weather so we didn’t spend a lot of the day doing lake things. My son-in-law bought his boat and we did enjoy one day on the lake. My husband and SIL did do a couple of short trips on the boat to fish. The location was perfect for short day trips when weather didn’t cooperate. Indian River, Petoskey, Mackinac Bridge and Traverse City are less than an hour and all have fun things to see and do. We are hoping to return to this property next summer.

Perfect Property and Location

Updated nicely, owner was great to work with. We went up to snowmobile and the trail is right down the street. Drive can hold many trailers and/or cars. I would recommend this house to everyone.

Summer Lake Fun!

This was our 2nd stay at this property, 2 weeks this time with family on the lake. Easy rentals of pontoon boat, jet ski, etc and kayaks available at the property. Good BBQ grill on the deck, possibly the best stocked property we’ve stayed at - extra propane tank, almost every appliance you could ask for, plenty of dishes & kitchen gadgets and super clean. We had a small problem with a kitchen sink leak and the owners jumped on it immediately. This is a no-worry property- highly recommend!
