We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was very spacious and outfitted well for a large group with children, and the kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental. The kids loved the pool, and the property was so close to the beach, which was the best part! Shelly was really also really kind and attentive to our requests. Highly recommend!

Maybe a little overboard but I love to cook and when we travel I am always disappointed with the lack of standard kitchen tools. So happy you appreciated that as well. Nine members of our family stayed at this property October 9-12, 2026 to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. It was a perfect setting for us, specifically because of the three-floor layout. Each family has its own private area for sleeping and dressing/ showering, but there were ample spaces for getting together and enjoying one another. We loved the appointment of the house, including the wood floors and ceilings, which made it feel elegant at the same time that it retained a kind of kick-back, beachy vibe because of the wonderful outdoor spaces and lounging areas. And the proximity of the beach itself just "put the icing on the cake" for that birthday party!

This is such a great property - book it now! Hosts are responsive and quick communicators. House is close to the beach and everything is exactly as described. It was perfect for our family gathering. Kitchen is well stocked, house and pool are super clean, and it is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. And the sunrise view is awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us and our four grown children and their families! Lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, fully stocked kitchen with appliances of all kinds and lots of containers for leftovers! We were very happy with our stay!

The house is extremely well equipped with lots of beach chairs, wagon, bath towels, and kitchen gear. It is very close to the beach and relatively easy to navigate for all people in our party from ages 2-82. The pool is smaller than it looks in photos, but that was not a problem for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Tybee Island rental! The location truly couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to town and some fantastic beaches, which made everything so convenient and relaxing.The house itself was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and it never felt crowded. It was also incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home on Tybee Island!

Wonderful location and house!!

The house is in a wonderful location that is far enough from crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and downtown Tybee. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space for us all to hangout and not feel crowded. It was a wonderful place to stay in Tybee to make core memories.

Great trip!

The house was wonderful, exactly what we needed! Location was so close to the beach and they provided everything we could possibly need. Jane the property manager was amazing and very prompt at returning my call. We stay at different properties a lot, but this will definitely be one we use again!

Great Spacious place!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a family member's birthday. It was very spacious and comfortable. The only complain is that it was dim at night, not a whole lot of bright light on the main floor, otherwise great place.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We have never had lighting feedback before. Wish we had known during your stay and we could've provided some suggestions. Both the kitchen and dining room lights have dimmers. Perhaps they weren't turned all the way up. There are also under counter kitchen lights, canned lights in kitchen, lamps and ceiling lights in living room.

Relaxing Family Time

The property was very clean. The kitchen was furnished with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc.The pool was great to hang around and cool off.It is in the very south end of town. The beach is very walkable. The town part is too.
Chilling out and reading books.
Net fishing at the beach.

I love this house! The location is perfect for my family! The dipping pool is exactly that, a dipping pool. Great for standing around in at the end of the day with a cocktail. My son captured the sentiment in saying “it feels like you’re visiting a friend’s house rather than renting a place.” It’s comfortable, plenty of amenities, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great house for large group of adults or families!

The house has a really great set up with separate quarters so plenty of room to have your own little areas. But the common areas are spacious enough for everyone to be in! We loved the pool to cool off in every day and hang out at. There are a lot of sitting areas. Host was super responsive and kind!

Great family vacation

We stayed at this property with my five daughters and their significant others and we had a blast. The house came with all the fun beach toys and chairs we needed. Just a quick walk to the beach or river as well. Plenty of space in the house to spread out and not be on top of one another. It was nice to have a dipping pool on the property as well to cool off in the very hot heat of the day.

Girl's weekend

Easy walk to the beach and around the community. We enjoyed the open deck, which was great for gathering, games and conversations. There were 8 of us, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. Some maintenance was required during our stay; the property manager was responsive and matters were corrected in a timely manner, which we appreciated.
