This cute Fort Worth house was built in 1926 and beautifully remodeled and updated in 2022. Designed with aesthetics in mind – you’ll enjoy the brand-new luxurious master bathroom and Pinterest-worthy kitchen. Family and friends will be able to cozy up in the living room, gather around the dining room table for a board game, or enjoy a nice evening on the back patio in the huge backyard / corner lot. If you’re working remotely, we’ve got you covered with high-speed wifi throughout the house.

Great Space & Host!

The house was a great and a great location for all of our Texas outings-a concert at Dickies and a trip to the Silos! Terry was very helpful and we’re grateful he took time to visit with us about local weather!!

Cozy Home in Fort Worth

We were here for 7 days. We had a great time. We loved the house just perfect for us four seniors. If we ever come back to Fort Worth we will surely be satay at Cowtown Casa. Terry is a great host. He was there when ever I had any questions. The Hoppe’s & the Springsteen’s.

Best appointed rental ever!

This home was beautifully updated and contained EVERYTHING you could need! The owners are so thoughtful to provide welcoming gifts, toiletries and “nice” tissue, not the cheap stuff! Perfect location for activities at Dickies arena and close to great restaurants, shopping and the Stockyards. We would happily stay here again!!

Short Friend Visit

The property is very well maintained and the listing accurate. The only inaccuracy is actually a positive, the place has the most complete supply of everything you can imagine. From water, cookies, chocolates to anything we needed. Best supplied location I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a few places.

Great neighborhood home

We are former FW residents and stayed at Calmont for a week while in town for meetings and visits with friends. Terry is quick with communications and has put lots of time and thought into this clean, comfortable and well-equipped house. Best water pressure ever, good beds, high quality towels and all the kitchen basics make for a great stay. It was a bonus to have outside areas to sit and enjoy spring and the location is superb for neighborhood walks and quick trips to any stores, shopping, and restaurants in town. We look forward to a return stay.

Stay for Ft. Worth Stock Show

We stayed here for the Fort Worth stock show. The property is a seven minute easy drive to Dickies Arena. The neighborhood felt very safe. And the house was perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and great bathrooms. The house made our week here very easy. We would pick this property again.

Perfect location for FWSSR

Perfect location for attending FWSSR events. There were several excellent restaurant choices close by that didn’t require getting on the interstate. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need. Including an iron and ironing board. Very happy with our stay

Fantastic Holiday stay in Ft Worth

Property was exactly as described and fully stocked with towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. The property and house was super cute, charming, clean and exactly what we wanted. The house was also a few minutes away from great shopping and restaurants, plus less than 10 minutes away from the stockyards, zoo, rodeo and botanical gardens. We will for sure come back to this property the next time we are in town visiting family!

Centrally located, perfectly renovated home with all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean, well stocked and Zack was a great host. I will definitely rent again if travel brings me to Ft Worth. Highly recommend this property.

Spring Break Getaway

Texas home away from home

This was a lovely property! We were very comfortable during our 7 day stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms all nicely appointed. The weather was so hot and humid but the home temperature was always refreshing. We found the location convenient from our destinations in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. My family highly recommends this vacation home!

Great Fort Worth location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully done home that is centrally located with easy access to all Fort Worth has to offer. We loved all the little touches that made it super convenient such as laundry detergent, toothbrush packs with toothpaste, olive oil, spices, little things, that you hate to buy when you’re only going to be somewhere for a short time or if you forget some thing. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Worth.

Only stay here if you want perfection…

This property is extremely well maintained. Cleanliness is off the chart. Location is excellent, close to great restaurants, activities and places of interest. Parking is off street and under attached car port. Great front porch to sit on comfy chairs. Back yard fenced and private. Neighborhood quiet and well lit. The inside of the house has been tastefully decorated and is charming throughout. Everything is immaculate. Furniture very comfy, and although we only used one bed, both bedrooms were roomy with really comfortable mattresses. Sheets soft and fresh. Ceiling fans throughout house work wonderfully and are quiet. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare home cooked meal. Shower in primary bath had great water pressure and towels so plush and soft. Large inlaid lighted mirror made getting ready a breeze. Walk in closet with plenty of space. Overall, if I could give this more stars I would. This is truly a gem. Also, the owner was very quick to respond to all inquiries. I highly recommend this property without hesitation. Namaste
