The kitchen is centrally located in the house with granite countertops, walk in pantry and cooking supplies. In addition to providing high quality coffee, we have an espresso machine for an extra kick or a relaxing latte.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities for cooking your next at-home meal, preparing pool-side snacks, or pouring your next cocktail.
The nearby walnut dining table is perfect for gathering and complimented with additional bar seating. The dining table also has extensions that can be added in to seat up to 10.
Try not to get too distracted during dinner with the games and entertainment area! We've included Shuffleboard, Shuffle bowling, Hook 21, and Connect Four to be sure the kids and adults have something to enjoy in down time. Not to mention the wood bar compete with wine glasses!
ââLIVING ROOMââ
The living room has plenty of cozy seating for 10 with two mid-century leather couches and four lounge chairs. Turn on the 65 in 4k tv to watch the game or do a movie night easily connecting to your apps via the Amazon Fire streaming platform. The sound bar and sub woofer will ensure you feel like youâre right there in the action.
We want to ensure you can be as active or as chill as you desire. Off the living room, with a nice view of the pool we have a dedicated space for yoga/meditation complete with mats, blocks, pillows and stretch bands to spend sometime being zen, burn some calories or build some strength.

The backyard has a mountain view, sparkling pool with elevated lounge seating, mature landscaping with fruit trees (pick your own for cocktails), plenty of shade, updated hard scape pavers, turf (play some corn hole, spikeball or bring your clubs for some putting) and a large, elevated red cedar pergola with sectional seating and a gas firepit. Additionally there is a shaded dining table (seats 10) and gas grill for al fresco meals. The mountain and stargazing is inspirational.

Paradise Valley Village extends from the Phoenix Mountains to the Central Arizona Project. The City of Scottsdale forms the eastern boundary and 16th Street forms the boundary on the west. The Village is noted for its open space character created by the surrounding Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Indian Bend Wash greenbelt, and trail systems.
The area has well-maintained homes with young professionals and easy access to State Highway 51, which is the main North-South access to the Greater Phoenix area.
In addition to close walkable access to the Phoenix Mountain trails, we have Christy Cove Park, a five minute walk down the street. It has a two clean playgrounds (one for older and younger kids), including a cool zipline swing and it's never crowded!
A few minutes away by car, Roadrunner Park is a wide-open area that's home to baseball and soccer fields and lighted tennis courts. Additionally, it has a duck pond, walkway around the park and hosts the Roadrunner Park Farmers Market on Saturdays, 7am - 10am.
The Phoenix area is known for its world-class golf courses, and the closest golf club in the neighborhood is Stonecreek, just down E. Cactus Road. Shopping, dining and coffee shops abound. We have curated lists on our Yelp account and in our guidebook.
Our house has ample parking and Greater Phoenix is easily navigable by car. Ride services like Lyft and Uber are plentiful. The Valley Metro rail is a 28-mile line that links Phoenix to Tempe and Mesa with stops at attractions such as the Phoenix Art and Heard Museums as well as Chase Field and the Footprint Center. Also, there are E-Scooters around downtown and in both Tempe and Scottsdale.
Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

ââWELLNESS ABOUNDSââ
The Phoenix Mountain Preserve, which is largely described as the best hiking around with trails for all levels, is located right in our neighborhood. Lookout Mountain summit trail has breathless views. After a morning hike, our pool is long enough for a few laps or for lounging to cool off.
The Gainey Village Health Club and Spa is a state of art health club with over 160 group fitness classes that is 8 miles away. There are also mountain bike trails for beginners or to challenge the most experienced. Some of the beginner trails include North Mountain, Double Butte Loop in Papago Park or Brown's Ranch Trailhead in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There are plenty of places to rent mountain bikes in Paradise Valley.
With the desert as inspiration, there are plenty of destination day spas within a short drive that utilize botanicals found in the surrounding Sonoran Desert and take inspiration from Native American traditions.
ââADVENTURE & ACTIVITIESââ
Arizona has several lakes within a short drive (~45 miles) of metro Phoenix. Whether it's Lake Pleasant, Saguaro, Canyon or Bartlett Lake there are options for day trips. Providing actvities from water sports to renting kayaks, boats and fishing it's an opportunity to enjoy a different side of the desert.
If it's hot, you can bet there will be interest in floating the lower Salt River just east of the Phoenix metro area. Mild class 1 rapids provide for tubing or paddle boarding.
Moonlight hiking is a new way to see the Sonoran and the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation department offers ranger guided options at various parks.
Voted by the Travel Channel as one of the countryâs top 10 water parks, Oasis Water Park at the Arizona Grand Resort is 7 acres of fun (21.2 miles).
The first Friday of every month is the nation's largest, self-guided art walk where you can tour more than 70 galleries and venues.
Some of Phoenix's best attractions include the Phoenix zoo, Arizona Science Center, Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland Discovery Center (all about 15-20 miles)
ââMECCA OF SPORTSââ
Greater Phoenix is know to be a top golf destination. There are over 200+ golf courses in the area highlighted by the "The Greatest Show on Grass," with the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale (17 minute drive).
Home to the Cactus League of MLB's spring training during February and March. This baseball paradise is home to 15 major league clubs. Additionally, the Arizona Fall League plays in Autumn at six different baseball complexes and showcases top prospects from around the Majors. Finally, Phoenix is the home to the MLB franchise, Arizona Diamondbacks. The D-Backs play downtown at Chase Field, a retractable roof stadium which is 18 minutes away from our home.
The Arizona State Sun Devils are a 22 minute drive away with top NCAA division one sport action and a very cool football stadium located between two mountain peaks. Additionally, the Arizona Coyotes of the NHL are playing for the next couple years at AZ State's new arena in Tempe while their new home is being constructed.
In Glendale, State Farm stadium is home to the Fiesta Bowl and the NFL is hosting the Super Bowl February 12, 2023. Of course, Kyler Murray and the Cardinals play there starting in September.
