Great house and location. Really the only reason not 5 star is the pool wasn’t clean (lots of sediment) and primary room bedframe supported by a wood block. Very well appointed and comfortable. Owners are very communicative.

The house was great. The outdoor patio needed some cleaning as did the pool. But overall, communication was good and they cleaned the pool area. No problems at all, great relaxing stay for us.

Peaceful Visit!

We enjoyed our time in Dallas visiting family. We stayed here for over a week and it was a nice, clean quiet home and neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area! We had great communication with our host during our stay!

One of the main draws for us was the pool. It did not disapoint. Great destination for family gathering, meals and relaxation.

Great time with family...

We had a good time with family visiting from outside of the country. Management was very responsive. Home had everything we could need. Backyard was nice and accommodated our family.

Spring Break in Dallas

We spent three nights here during spring break. We liked the layout, and there was plenty of room for the four of us. We really enjoyed having access to the garage for our car. The house was clean and had all the essentials available.

Christmas with the newlyweds

We enjoyed staying at your property so much. We visited our newly married daughter, and son-in-law, who it moved to Frisco. The property was adorable , beds, very comfortable, which is very important ,grocery store Tom Thumb was very close by,where I spent a lot of time ha ha !

This is a perfectly adequate home. It's small, deep in the Dallas suburbs, and you'll have plenty of flight path noise from the nearby airport. The pool is decent - a replastered older pool - and takes up nearly all of the back yard space. The living room is an old "sunken" design, a step up or down to anywhere else in the house -- so if steps and stairs are problematic for you, this house will be inconvenient. The pool had a lot of dirt/sand in it, but was usable. The home was cleaned to an adequate standard. The home has all the usual rental / flipper grade finishes.Where this booking went wrong was in the management agent. They were absolutely abysmal to deal with, right from the initial booking and payment processing all the way through to checkout. I not only wouldn't book this home again, but I wouldn't book any property managed by them. The only live communication I got was an unsolicited and unwelcomed phone call AFTER our checkout, begging for a good review. Every single communication before that was by text or by VRBO message. When asking even the simplest questions, they found inconvenient ways to reply. (When I text asking whether I should start the laundry machine as a courtesy to the cleaning crew, just say yes or no. Don't send me a link to the "checkout procedures" that requires me to log on to vrbo and read a message and follow a link. Terribly unhelpful.) So: "Decent house managed by an awful company. Because of management, I cannot recommend."

Family StayCay Success

While my Family & I live in the Metroplex - We opted for a Mini StayCation since we weren't not able to plan Our Annual Beach Trip do to Work Schedules! Check-In was Super Easy, House was Just as Pictured! We even left behind a Few Pool Floats for Future Guests instead of packing them up when we Checked Out! Definitely A Property We Would Book Again!

Home away from home!

This home was perfect. Everything you need already stocked with things you normally have to buy when you rent a property. They thought of almost everything except for the foods you like to eat. Outdoor area was beautiful and quiet. Beds were so comfy!

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late evening at the property. The electronic lock made checking in very easy. Also, the house was incredibly clean upon arrival - not something you always find with vacation rentals. We are a family of five (our kids range from 11 to 17) and the property had plenty of space, including a study area for me to work when I couldn't avoid it. The house was well located for our needs - a quiet neighbourhood but close to good supermarkets and road links to other parts of Dallas. The host was great at communicating with us and had left a thoughtful gift for us on arrival. The house had everything we needed, including a nice back garden and pool (not that we used them much). We would recommend for families and would definitely consider staying there again if vacationing in Dallas.

Nice, clean home in quiet neighborhood

Reservation process is quite lengthy - not easy. The property manager reminded us several times of rules - which we had seen numerous times. Fire pit and outdoor grill had no propane so was unusable. It was a comfortable, very clean home and we did have a good stay.

Beautiful and Comfy Home!

We came down to Texas for the eclipse. The house is beautiful inside. The beds were super comfy (even the bunk beds where I slept so my son could have the master bedroom with the tub.) Huge TV in the living room and nice outdoor area. It was too cool to use the pool but sitting outside for dinner was wonderful. My only complaints were no colander in the kitchen and the steps down into the sunken den were hard to see. (I’m disabled). Other than those two minor details the house was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked! Will definitely come back!
