Please note: Paseo is in Zone D off Daniels Parkway and did not sustain any leaks or roof damage from Hurricane Ian (2022) or Helene/Milton (2024).

Condo is fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, including 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, 2 adult bicycles. Gourmet kitchen and baths feature granite countertops.
