🌅 THE COMMUNITY 🌅
With the feel and activities of a luxury resort, the PASEO gated community has been voted as one of Fort Myers top communities for 9 straight years! Designed for walkability, community amenities include miles of walking paths with gorgeous scenery, a huge resort-style pool, poolside bar, restaurants, cafe, ice cream parlor, and movie theater.

🗓️ MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTALS 🗓️
This unit is only available for 30+ day rentals, and all prospective renters must go through the PASEO application and background check process. (This is a $100 per adult fee). Given the time needed to complete these processes, we can only rent with 45-60 calendar days’ notice.

🏡THE CONDO UNIT 🏡
A spacious Casita Laguna model townhouse condo with two levels of living space and a cozy screened lanai facing the 6 Mile Slough. We love the peace, quiet and tranquility of this unit, tucked away at the back of the community. Max occupancy 6, plus no more than an additional 2 overnight guests (8 maximum). Given the stairs, this rental property may not be the best fit for young children.

💙CARE PACKAGE 💙
Every renter will receive an onsite “care package” from us that includes a bottle of sensitive-skin laundry detergent and bleach, a bottle of dishwasher soap (no pods!), a small bottle of dish soap and a sponge, travel-size bar soaps (2 per full bathroom), a 6-pack of toilet paper (2 per toilet), and a 2-pack of paper towel. While it’s expected that longer-term renters provide their own consumables (shampoo, soap, paper toweling, toilet paper, etc.) we like to say THANK YOU for choosing our home by starting you off with a few items so you can settle-in and enjoy the property on day one.

🍽️ KITCHEN AMENITIES 🍽️
The kitchen has all the plates, cups and mugs you will need for a long-term stay. Newer pots and pans, a toaster and a Keurig K-CUP brewing machine. There is a French door fridge with ice maker, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. We ask our renters and the cleaning crew to leave any cooking spices, oils and non-perishable items (pasta, canned goods, etc.) - you are free to use anything in the pantry or unlocked cabinets.

🛀 BATHROOM AMENITIES 🛀
En-suite bathroom #1 (upper) is private to the Primary Bedroom (King Bed), has a shower and soaker tub, dual sinks and a water closet toilet. Full bathroom #2 (upper) is shared between Bedrooms 3 (Queen Bed) and “4” (converted kids’ loft, two TwinXL Beds) on the upper level, and has a shower-over-tub, single sink and vanity, and in-room toilet. Full bathroom #3 (main) is located next to main-floor Bedroom 2 (King Bed) and is shared with the common areas of the unit. It has a shower-over-tub, in-room toilet and a small vanity with under-sink storage.
