The property was clean and comfortable. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen, which was well equipped. It was great to have a garage for our car as it snowed during our stay.

Lovely Condo in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The condo is spacious and well appointed. It is walking distance to the St. Louis Park West End, had a lovely shared pool, playgrounds for children and a private outdoor seating area. Easy access to downtown Minneapolis and to other highways to get around the Twin Cities. Our hosts were very easy to contact and helpful with directions.

Family visit

Location was great. Easy access to bike paths. Only a 5-10 ride from my sons place. Great restaurants are located near by

Convenient quaint budget location

The property is conveniently located and allowed my spouse and I to easily commute to different parts of the cities. Having two assigned parking spots was especially nice. The owner was quick to respond when we had a small issue with the lock. The property listing is accurate and would stay here again.

Great stay in St Louis Park area

Nice two bedroom with a full kitchen. The unit has a garage! That was nice to have the car out of the weather. Convenient to highways. I would recommend this for anyone that wants to stay in this area of Minneapolis

Disheartening

Overall impression was a total lack of readiness for guests. On arrival there was no toilet paper, no towels, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty countertops, aunt traps everywhere, dirty, moldy outdoor furniture, overgrown plants in the entrance area. Water leaking in the shower. The owners did some work on the place while we were there but totally not worth the money we spent to stay there!!!

Hey Martha, thank you for the review. Yes once we realized that there were missing supplies and I brought it over within 2 hours. I also discounted two full days free of charge for the inconvenience. I do understand it was an inconvenience, but I also know that we did everything we could urgently to try and make you happy. Your complaints of the sore back from our dining room chairs, I replaced with new dining room table and all four new dining room chairs. Also we got new pillows for beds and pillows for the outside patio, new towels, new iron new ironing board even though there were already two there. I did buy new pots and pans new silverware, a juicer that you requested. Heater even thought it was June. We brought over a coffee table even though it’s not shown in photos. We purchased and installed a new vanity and sink and purchased a new medicine cabinet for the bathroom. We understand there was some displeasure on your side, but we went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

St Louis Park West End

There were some major issue when we first arrived, including a kitchen that was not stocked with basic supplies, broken shades that could not be opened, an unclean bathroom, broken shower head, and deeply stained toilet. Upon contacting the owners, they did respond quickly to fix what they could. I do appreciate those efforts.

Thank you for your review. As soon as we were notified of the missing kitchen supplies, within 3 hours it was fully stocked. You stated to me that the house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower facet was not broken prior to your arrival and as you told us it was broken it was immediately replaced. We also replaced the toilet even after you said it wasn’t necessary. We enjoyed having you stay and thank you for the feedback.

St. Louis’s park stay

Unfortunately we were not please with our stay. The sink was breaking, the transition strip on the floor wasn’t attached and almost caused multiple falls. There were bugs in the dinnerware drawer and cooking pans were gross and not clean. The AC units didn’t look like they were touched or cleaned in years, where I reacted with my severe allergies bc of it, there was no working vent in the bathroom and just overall looked and felt like a cheap renovation. The couch and recliner were the best part.

I’m sorry, I really wish you would have commented with us any issues. We would have been happy to correct it. We have a hired service to clean prior to every new quest. This is the first unhappy review. Someone last week gave it a 5 out of 5. I will definitely take your comments to heart and rectify any issues.
