Whether you're planning a family beach trip, a couples getaway, a girls weekend, a guys fishing trip, or looking to escape the winter snow, Blues Bungalow is centrally located in the heart of Long Beach and is only minutes away from the sugar sand beaches, shopping, dining, casinos, and all that the Gulf Coast has to offer!
After days spent at the beach, exploring around the Mississippi Gulf Coast, or enjoying all of the fun adventures that it has to offer, youâll look forward to relaxing and unwinding with your family and friends at Blues Bungalow! Whether its lounging in our cozy living room, cooking a delicious meal in our fully stocked kitchen, or relaxing on our front porch, while enjoying the Gulf breeze and an amazing sunset, Blues Bungalow is ready and waiting for you and your family or friends to call it your home away from home for your next Gulf Coast Getaway Adventure!
Boasting 820 sq ft of at-home comforts, Blues Bungalow offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and comfortably sleeps 4 guests.
The living room has a cozy couch, 2 chairs, and a large flat screen TV with DirecTV Stream.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and fully stocked with all that you will need to cook a meal for those nights you want to stay in and relax.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV.
The second bedroom offers a full size bed with a twin pull out trundle bed.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.
The laundry area is equipped with a full size washer & dryer.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 4. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Long Beach asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm â 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Parking is ONLY allowed in designated parking areas.
NO trailers, boats or RVâs are permitted.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.
I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
