Si vous aimez la plage et les superbes vues sur le golfe du Mexique, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut! Vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil dans le confort de votre propre chambre ainsi que bronzer ou dîner sur votre propre balcon privé. Situé à Long Beach, cette installation de 49 unités est plus calme et le condo est entièrement meublé et peut accueillir QUATRE. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée avec une demi-baignoire au rez-de-chaussée.

Il y a une piscine avec terrasse et grillades. Accès facile à la plage et à quelques minutes des casinos, du golf, des magasins et des restaurants. Une heure de la Nouvelle-Orléans pour les visites et le Mardi Gras.

Stay on the gulf.

We enjoyed our time there. Location was good. One issue was lack of soap in bathrooms. I’ve never stayed in a location that had no soap in bathroom shower etc. there was some hand soap at the lavatory. We were not able to use it in shower as in both bathrooms the soap had been so watered down it was just liquid. We went and bought soap for both.

Nice quiet complex

This property was very well kept and the owner, Jerry, was easily reachable and his instructions very clear. He keeps the place in tip top shape. We would definitely stay there again. The location was convenient to everything.

Gorgeous and Quiet Getaway

This property is exactly what we were looking for! A beautiful condo right across the street from the gulf in a quiet community. You have quick access to the beach and a lovely pool on the property grounds. Our host was very knowledgeable and willing to give many local recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.

Peaceful location

Jerry and Lana have a very nice, well equipped condo in Long Beach. There was good communication through every step of the rental process. It was great to stay in a place decorated so good. It felt like home! The condo complex is in a location with very little traffic, it is quiet, and right across the highway from the white sand beaches of the Gulf. Everything you need is a short drive away, too. Thanks for letting us use you vacation condo!!

The Condo had beautiful views from both the front deck and back deck. We loved having our morning coffee on back deck. The Condo was beautiful and had everything needed for us to be comfortable in our stay. We would highly recommend this Condo for future stays.

Spring in Long Beach

The condo was clean and neat and looked just like it was advertised. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The location is great, next to the beach and not far from anything you might need or want. The stairs are a little steeper than you think. There was only one garbage bag for the kitchen garbage to last all week. I think that needs to be addressed because I didn't want to buy bags I had to transport the garbage to the dumpster more than once. The master bedroom is very bright at night because of the parking lot lights, and especially early in the morning with the sunrise. The plastic sheets on the beds are unnecessary and made the beds hot and noisy. Overall a great experience.

Clean, nice place to sleep.

Very nice place overall. Comfortable, nicely decorated, served the purpose of a good place to sleep and rest. There were a few pots to cook with, no outdoor grill - had to walk down to the common area. No basic staples to cook with, we had to buy everything which would be difficult to carry back home on a plane. A short drive to downtown Biloxi or Gulfport, but not difficult. Not exactly the view we were expecting, but pleasant enough to see the water. Too much traffic noise to sit out and look at the gulf. We didn’t dislike the place at all, it was clean and comfortable. We would recommend to others as a nice place to stay.

Our townhouse was delightful in its decorations throughout and availability to surrounding beauty and destinations. Only drawback was the number of stairs all around for older adults.

The access to the beach from this property is amazing. Communication with the owner demonstrated his genuine interest in providing the best experience possible. The condo is immaculate and the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. The area is incredible.

Cute condo but needs a good cleaning

Upon arrival, the condo was just as pictured. It was decorated very nicely and felt like home. As we began to look around, we noticed the kitchen counters were sticky and some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty (dried food on them). There were no cleaning supplies in the condo and only 1 dish washer pod for our 1 week stay. We had to wash all of the dishes by hand both before and after use. There were no trash bags provided and only a partial roll of paper towels. Be sure to bring EVERYTHING from home or like us, your first stop will be Walmart. During our stay, we were restricted on the temperature of the air conditioning. Apparently, some of the units were having problems, so the owners didn't want us to lower the temp below 70. The bedroom with the king sized bed could use some curtains as it is very bright and hot in the mornings. We didn't know what to do with our used towels upon check out. A neighbor said we should wash them, but I only brought enough laundry soap for a couple of loads so I didn't have enough to wash the towels. If we were supposed to wash the towels, it would be nice if laundry supplies were provided too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the condo needed to be cleaned and some basic supplies provided.

Great location, comfortable accommodations.

This lovely 2-story condo with 2 br/2.5 bath was a great place to stay. It's right across the street from awesome white sand beach. There's a Walmart 2 mi away for shopping. The location is very quiet, mostly seniors - not for loud partiers! The condo had pretty much everything we needed to cook for a week, but bring your own seasonings. We had to buy TP & trash bags because there weren't any extras. But aside from that I have no complaints. It's also nice that they have Chromecast in case you want to stream movies.

This was my second time to stay at this location. It is a lovely place. We love the location, the beautiful decor of the place, the room and comfort, the beautiful views from both the front porch and back porch. Jerry and Lana are wonderful hosts!

Great location for amazing views of the ocean

The condo is perfect for a small group. If you enjoy the sun and walking on the beach, this is the place for you. Dining and shopping are within a reasonable distance, but plan to do things early because shops close from 5-6 and restaurants from 9-10…besides casinos. If you are looking for night life, this is not the place for you 😉

We have been coming to the Gulf Coast for almost twenty five years. We enjoy the views of the ocean, casinos and trips to New Orleans. We previously owned another condo but lost it to Katrina in 2005. After looking for the right place to purchase, we found the unit at Beau Clair. We enjoy renting it out, not only to get added income but to hear back from our guests about their experience at our condo. We spend time here on & off over the year and rent it out when we are back home in Wisconsin.
