Laundry service very convenient. We only stayed one night. We did find hair on one of the rooms pillow case. Other than that, very clean. The area is definitely not an area where we could walk anywhere. Some of our uber drivers had a hard time finding the location but we helped them out. For the one night, the home provided what we needed. Not enough room for 2 to a bed so 2 of my guest slept on the couches in the living room. We aren't average built humans.

The home is a manufactured house/trainer, with a huge yard, and close to freeways. Beds were comfortable and the home was generally clean, with the exception of the incredibly frost-encased freezer. Good Wi-Fi. The hot water was good on one side of the house, but the master bathroom with large tub never warmed up, so we used just one shower. Closets and cupboards are spacious, but no hangers. There can be a bit of noise at night. Overall, it was a decent place to stay if you bring hangers and earplugs, and you don’t have too many people.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful and it felt like a home away from home. We had a total of 6 adults, 4 children and 1 dog and it was big enough to accommodate us all. We would love to stay here again when we're in Tampa!

My daughter wanted to go to the Nickelback concert being held at the Midflorida Amphitheater in Tampa and I found this GEM! It was Perfect For The Night! Thank you everyone was happy with the accommodations!

We were visiting Tampa for the RV Show. The location was perfect for it. However the neighborhood did look questionable, but we had no problems. The only location problem was there was construction of something right outside our bedroom on a couple of days. The home was so spacious and comfortable. We loved having both kinds of coffee pots (drip & Keurig) and the laundry room was nice and useful. We also enjoyed the big screened-in patio (and so did our 2 cats!) and the ping pong table! The reason for the 4 stars is because there was no hot water in the kitchen, the freezer was frozen over so could not store anything but 2 small ice packs for meds and couldn’t make ice in the ice maker, there were only enough washcloths for one night (2) and we booked for 4 nights which required me to do laundry after our first baths, and the master bedroom door would stick on the floor making it hard to open all of the way. There is a large soaker tub in the master bathroom, but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill to even a quarter of it and that’s before anyone else had bathed/showered. Two quick showers could be taken in the master bath but not enough hot water for more than that. I did notify the owner of the lack of hot water in the kitchen and the freezer being frozen over. They communicated timely with me, but the problems were not addressed before we left. We would thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to stay here again, if the problems with the hot water and the freezer were fixed.

The Allen Memorial tour

Pleasantly surprised at how spacious the home was. Spotless and very inviting. We did not have to worry about anything, it was all there. We only needed one night so we didn’t take advantage of the full package, but this property would have been perfect for any length of stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Tampa is an extra special and unique place with probably more places to visit, and a variety of things to do than any other place in the United States. I will try to assist you to do the things you came to Tampa for if I can. Our location provides easy travel in all directions to easily reachable outdoors and natural fun spots, great beaches, spring fed rivers and lakes to kayak and SUP among the alligators and manatees, or hike and bike great trails. kes, casino, Bush Gardens, Disney. This property means a lot to us, its a family dream to have a property were we can grow fruit trees, vegetables, and have small farm animals to provide that farm to table experience to our guest.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we saw the property we just saw the potential for the dream home which is in a quiet neighborhood but not away from the city. My brother and mom have a passion for gardening and love to entertain thus we thought this property was perfect for that. We renovated the outdated home and our plan is to take full advantage of the land and grow fruit trees, vegetables, and flowers. Come and visit us again and you can witness our progress.
