Austin Style Extended Stay Close to Everything

Austin artist designed and decorated, this 30 night minimum stay condo is specially curated for comfort and style. Situated in trendy but family friendly Allandale, close to some of the best eating in ATX, near Burnet Rd where it still feels like weird, old Austin. Hop onto the highway 5 minutes away which easily gets you anywhere you need to be. Pool. Gym. Fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet, king bed with Casper mattress and 100% pima sateen cotton sheets, etc., all included. Your ATX home!

The Space
Our condo is curated especially for comfortable extended stays, whether it be for business or leisure.

Our condo complex comes with a community outdoor pool, and amenities center with fitness center, ping pong and co-working space. Free parking and secure bike storage are also included.

We’ve furnished the condo with Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Anthropologie and Four Hands furniture and decor, and original, unique art. Super cozy beds outfitted with a king sized Casper mattress, crisp 100% cotton sateen sheets, hotel quality pillows, hypoallergenic feather bed, and 100% cotton duvet. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with only the best kitchenware - Wustoff knives, Calphalon cookware, Nordic bakeware, KitchenAid hand mixer, OXO utensils, brass flatware, Williams Sonoma dinnerware, Magnolia drink ware, Cuisinart programmable drip coffee maker and grinder in one, Espro French press, Cosori electric kettle, Ninja blender, Oster touch screen toaster, etc. - everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals. Breakfast bar and a small table for seating which also doubles as a workstation. 200Mbps wifi throughout, and a binge-watch ready 50" smart TV. In unit washer and dryer!

Just a note: For two weeks at the end of February 2026, beginning of March 2026, there will be extensive exterior improvements being made to the staircases and landings. This will not affect your access to the condo, and safety is the utmost priority for the construction crew. However, there will be construction noise during this time during daylight working hours.

Guest Access
A vehicle is recommended to get around, however, Uber, Lyft and Bastrop Rides are available. There is parking for two vehicles in the parking lot and you will need to register your vehicles.

Other Things to Note
Contactless check-in! You'll get a private, unique-to-you code for the door and be able to arrive whenever is convenient to you after 1pm, and come and go as you wish. We'll be a quick phone call or text away, but there's no need to ever lay eyes on us!

Pets
For pets, we ask that you let us know about each of your pets...breeds, if they are taking flea and tick preventative, and if they are house and crate trained.

Mail
For mail service, a fully refundable deposit of $50 for the mail key is required, to be refunded upon return of the mail key.

No Smoking of Any Kind
There is absolutely no smoking permitted in Schaefer House. If evidence of smoking or vaping are detected by housekeeping, you will be charged a $750 fee.

Late Check Out
Because we often have same day turnovers, there will be a late check out fee of $150 when housekeeping arrives and guests are not yet checked out. If guests remain 1 hour past check out time, a full day's rate will be charged.

We ask that you please communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
