Forget your worries in this spacious & serene home with unbeatable lake views from literally every room! Featuring central air conditioning and stylish, comfortable new furnishings, this home will not disappoint - ideal for a relaxing getaway thatâs still just a 15 minute drive to downtown Bellingham. Enjoy dinners on the deck (gas grill provided) overlooking the lake, game nights in the living room, movie nights in the family room, or an outdoor fire under the lit gazebo. Golfing, hiking, biking & lake access are all just minutes away.
The space
This beautifully appointed home boasts all new furnishings for the utmost in comfort - all in an idyllic setting. The private master bedroom upstairs features hickory hardwood floors, a divinely comfortable king bed, and ensuite spa bath with breathtaking views of the lake. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, are located downstairs, but provide an equally lovely panoramic view.
The living room on the main floor is the perfect spot to enjoy a fire in the gas stone fireplace, or walk out onto the large mahogany deck with glass railing for a seamless look out onto the lake. The open concept, updated kitchen provides all the amenities you'd expect, along with plenty of dining space.
Downstairs you'll find a spacious bonus room with brand new 50" television, as well as a second lake view deck. Fast WiFi is available throughout the home.
Outside features an outdoor fire pit under a lit gazebo which looks out onto the lake - the perfect spot to roast marshmallows, enjoy the quiet solitude, or simply unwind with your drink of choice.
Bellingham is a world-class destination for hiking, biking, boating, and a multitude of other activities - all of which are available within minutes of this conveniently situated home. Known for its walkable downtown and Fairhaven historic district, countless breweries (and distillery!), and popular restaurants and cafes, Bellingham is the perfect spot to spend some well-deserved quality time.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better "home base" for your visit to Bellingham. The peaceful setting and amazing lake views combine to provide a sense of calm that's simply unattainable elsewhere. The house is equipped with everything you could need, and then some: central air conditioning for those hot summer days, comfortable new beds, new WiFi enabled TVs (with video games for the kids if you so choose), jetted en-suite tub in master suite that looks over the lake, fire pit under a lit gazebo, spacious deck for relaxing, all the needed kitchen amenities... the list goes on.
