Looking for the perfect place to escape the chaos? Leave your worries at the door and you’ll be Above It All! This one-of-a-kind expansive home has been lovingly updated and is ready to be your home base for mountain memories. Large sunken living room with gas log stove, modern kitchen with butcher block counters, spacious dining area + breakfast bar, large rec room, multiple decks, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! This home is located just at the snow line making it the ideal spot to experience all 4 seasons and be equal driving distance to the town of Arnold as well as the quaint downtown of Murphys.

This home sleeps 15 guests in 6 bedrooms. The master suite has a King bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King bed. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have one Queen bed. The sixth bedroom features 4 Twin beds and one Full bed. There are 3 full bathrooms.

Amenities: Air hockey, pool table, foosball, games, Wi-Fi, TV, gas log stove, pellet stove, forced air gas heat, gas BBQ (propane provided), washer, dryer.

Linens and towels provided. Maximum 15 guests. No smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving or Easter Sunday.

Great for large groups, plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the large living room downstairs and the game room upstairs. Excellent communication with the management team. They answered all our questions prior to the trip. They also provided a binder with everything to do and eat around the area, which was really useful. There were a few of downsides, though. There was no cell reception at all (AT&T or T-Mobile), and there was also no internet/wifi at the house, due to a recent winter storm. The turn-in into the driveway is also easy to miss at night the first time coming in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a great time overall! Rooms are nice size and accommodated everyone. The house was clean. We had a few maintenance issues and were able to get a reply and assistance in reasonable time. Nice experience for our family!

Huge home for our large group. Although the house was older it was clean and the bedding and towels were white and crisp. Everything in the kitchen was clean and appeared fairly new. We had 4 cars and there was plenty of room to park easily. We made a run to the landfill and that was easy. Location is ideal, endless things to do for all types of people. Make sure to stop for a hot cider and cider donut at the Red Apple fruit stand. Had a couple of questions that the host responded to immediately, completely happy with the entire stay.

Spectacular Space for a Large Gathering

We've been renting cabins for our friend holiday gathering for 10 years and this is the best configuration for beds and bedrooms I've ever found. Its incredibly hard to find large houses that can accommodate all adults, not just a bunch of kid bunk rooms. The beds were comfy, we loved the sunken living room, and really enjoyed the space as a whole.

3 generations enjoyed the spacious house. We had plenty of space for us to hang out in different groups appreciating the outdoor beauty. The property management team was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. The only complaint was exterior was a little weathered looking and worn, rails were a little shaky and needed handrails in shower for disabled people like my husband who needs a walker or cane to walk. Besides those minor details everything worked out and lived up to our expectations.

Casual Family fun

Comfortable beds . Lots of space to find quiet or fun. . for kids …. Only bad … . Did not have internet access or phone service no AT@T reception. Had to drive to forest meadows to make a phone call. Even with inconvenience… we still had a lot of fun playing foos ball and air hockey. Great location . Be mindful of bears. They were near by.Would rent again .

Convenient home for large group in Arnold

We had a good stay at this large, well-stocked home in Arnold. It had comfortable beds and all the amenities for 3 families (each with two kids). Location was also very convenient and despite being on a main road, it was very quiet. Unfortunately, the place wasn't as clean as it should've been. We informed management and they were apologetic, hopefully it doesn't happen to the next tenants. Also, as goes with most cabins - the walls are very thing so bring white noise machines!

Family get-away

My wife and I couldn't wifi until Sat. afternoon. The page with the wifi access was not in the guest binder, but by itself upstairs. Ihave a small list of things that need attention. I'm sending a note to Ceder Creek Realty. Our family had a good enjoyable time.

Great space for multiple family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 familes with 6 kids between us. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs with the pool table, air hockey and fusball. The girls loved getting to have a sleep over every night in the bunk room. The kitchen was spacious and allowed for multiple people to be in there. The only thing that would have been nice is a few extra towels and washcloths just in case kids had accidents and spills needed to be cleaned. It was also Super Bowl Sunday and the downstairs tv didn't have live tv capabilities. Thankfully, the upstairs tv did so we solved the problem. The rental company was very prompt with answers to our questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and we are looking forward to our next big getaway.
