Walking distance to beautiful Lake Harmony and 2 minute drive to several excellent restaurants with great sunset views Two Queens, 2 Full, and a twin daybed in the loft. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Enjoy the scenic view and watch deer from the screened porch.

Live in this home like a local! Experience what it is like to own a mountain/lake getaway. The location is quiet in general with local restaurants and night life. There is even a night club locally, Boomers, located at Shenanigans which is a quick (less than 5 minute) drive down the road.

There is plenty of parking in the private driveway. Most activities within Lake Harmony, while close, still require a short drive. For example, Shenanigans (a favorite restaurant/bar of ours) is less than 5 minutes by car.

Our special place is close to everything for your Poconos visit! Make memories at our unique Mountain & Lake Home. Short walk into lake harmony beach, and an indoor waterpark & pools 2 minutes away! Golf course 4 minutes away. Skiing in only 7 minutes! Enjoy a private hot tub, a covered, screened porch, large second porch with additional seating, grilling, large outdoor dining & large fire pit area!

Sheets and towels are provided. There are TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. There is no cable, however every TV is "smart" so guests may log into their own Netflix, HULU, Prime, etc.

No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 25 or older; no groups of young adults under 25 yrs. old
There is a pet fee if guest chooses to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. If this is not charged at time of booking, is charged shortly after booking is confirmed.
