This house was built in 1900 in front of a tranquil ocean park called The National Shrine of Our Lady of Leche, and home to the Diocese of St Augustine. Founded in 1565 by Spain, this house was a gathering place for town folks for social and religious events by the sprawling tranquil ocean park on Sundays.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. You can also park on this street.

PETS:
Pet owners, we allow up to 3 well-behaved dogs, age 2 and older, with
a weight limit of 40 pounds each, crate trained, with proof of up-to-date rabies vaccine certificate as required by Florida State.

We ask guests to pick up the hair from the furniture, cushions, floors,
and waste of their dogs during their stay. Besides, the pet fee, an additional fee of $300 and more will be applied if the cleaners have to do an extensive pick-up of waste or hair.
Other things to note
This house is not tucked away in a labyrinth distant neighborhood.
It is right there in the middle of the historic district, just a stone's throw away from busy commercial streets, a short walk to museums, and all the hot spots.

Leave your car in the driveway and jaunt down to the corner for breakfast and coffee at a joint or go hang out in the evening at a pizza parlor across the street. Fancier restaurants are just another block away. The house has an easy hometown feel about it. Go fishing down the 1/2 block, relax on the white sands of Vilano beach or St.Augustine beach 5 minutes away or go golfing further north.

* Please remove your shoes at the door when entering the house. Use socks or slippers to walk inside the house to keep the house clean. A fee of $250 and up will be applied to the damage deposit for multiple cleanings due to the heavily soiled home.

* Long-term renters 2 weeks or more, we require housekeeping tidy up cleaning each week to maintain the high quality of this home for your comfort and pampered luxury and to fix any issues. It is a separate fee for the cleaning.
