The location and place were excellent! The parking spots were unclear at first but we had no issues and had an excellent time.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The property was fully stocked with everything you would need, including thoughtful extras like drinks, snacks, toiletries. We will definitely book again the next time we visit the area!

Great location!

I stayed at this property with two friends and one of our granddaughters. We were planning visits to the Alligator Farm and Anastasia State Park and this location was perfect, within minutes of each. The view over Salt Run is also beautiful, and we got up early to see the sunrise. The outdoor deck is great, and the interior is even better than what we expected from the pictures. The host provided lots of free snacks, which were much appreciated, and the kitchen is very well appointed. The host was also very communicative, and instructions for parking and check-in were clear. We look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous sunrises, fantastic hosts

The hosts were very responsive and stocked the house with lots of amenities. The sunrises were worth getting up for! There was plenty to do on the island and the historical district/beaches were a short drive. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this vrbo !

If you're looking for a stay that's close to all of the attractions that St. Augustine has to offer and a hidden gem then the Admirals suite is quite simply perfection. My wife and I have visited St. Augustine several times before and found that the typical hotel stays left us wanting more. Many of the hotels we've stayed in were nice enough , but lacked the room and amenities to feel at home. From the initial booking until the minute we were packing to head back home we found ourselves raving over the suites charm and beauty. The pictures online are fairly accurate however they pale in comparison to the stunning wrap around deck which offered a gorgeous view of Salt Run , Anastasia Island , the Lighthouse, and villano Bridge. What we didn't expect was that you can also see glimpses of the ocean in the distance as well as turtles, dolphins, various species of birds and other wildlife all from the comfort of the deck or even from the many windows inside which overlook the waterfront. The beds are comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep in. All of those things alone are great , but what made it special was the hosts. Communication was top notch! From the initial booking sending all of the information needed to make the stay easy to the thoughtfulness and care that was put into the little touches specific to each guest who stays. Thank you so very much for making our visit feel like home and sending us back to ours with memories that'll last a lifetime! I

Night of Lights Stay

We had the best time staying here! We came for the night of lights and it was perfect. Such a great location and so cozy! The view of the river was amazing as well! Communication was great and anything we needed was thought of! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful sunrise

There were so many “extras” around the condo, things that made you feel welcome. Snacks, coffee, and beach accessories. Nice walk out on the water and the best sunrise. Be ready to get in your steps when walking up to the third floor for that spectacular sunrise. Nicely located between the beach and downtown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I feel like the owners put in a lot of extras like snacks, shampoo, etc. Nice place in a good location with a pretty view. It’s on the 3rd floor so stairs are required.

Fabulous!

Loved this place! Spent most of the time on the patio with the 180 view of the water. Great layout with bedrooms on opposite sides of the place. Two master suites were the selling point as we were two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

What A View!

This flat has so much character. The owners put so much into every detail of the home. The views are magnificant. Walking distance to downtown St.Augustine. Even did a little fishing off the pier. Highly recommend this place to rent!

Fantastic!

This was the best rental experience ever! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The owner provided homemade pumpkin bread, chocolates, coffee and an assortment of other treats that were amazing!! I also left a pair of shorts and the owner mailed them back to me at their expense. I offered to pay the postage but they told me not to worry about it. FANTASTIC!!!

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed 3 nights over the fall break. Everything about this house was great. The hosts were responsive and took care of a minor issue personally. Wow. Also, they had a welcome message and snacks prepared for us. Lots of attention to details. The house is situated just outside the city and only took a few minutes to get into St. Augustine. There were multiple restaurants near by we really enjoyed (Osprey Taco and Old Coast Ales, esp.). We got to go to the farmers market (huge!) which was also nearby. The best thing about the house was the view. We enjoyed watching birds and sea turtles off the dock/patio all day long. Loved their high chairs. We were also pleasantly surprised to see dolphins playing right from the dock! Another thing I’d like to mention is that my son left an old blanket behind that my late mother-in-law gave him. We figured it was gone. I got a text from the host asking if we had left it there and offered to send it to us without any compensation. What? I’ve never seen that happen. I can’t say enough about the house and the hosts. I’m glad we found it.
