Michelle, we apologize for the poor experience you had during your stay. We are disappointed that it was not the memorable stay we hoped for. The uncleanliness issues and lack of organization, the incorrect Wi-Fi information, the door code, and the hot tub that required attention, were completely unacceptable and we completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this made things during your stay. In no way is this how we intended your stay to be, and we are deeply sorry for you and your guests having to encounter these concerns. Unfortunately, when it comes to the necessities of the home, we only provide starter amounts. This includes two trash bags, a small bottle of dish detergent, dishwasher cleaner for at least one cycle of the dishwasher, one sponge, and one roll of paper towels. We are extremely sorry if any of the items were missing during your stay. Rest assured, we have shared this feedback with all departments to improve all issues to prevent anything like this from happening in the future. This is certainly not our standard, nor the vacation we strive to provide. We are so sorry for the impact that you and your guests endured. We hope that you and your guests will decide to visit the Smokies again in the future, so that we may have the opportunity to host and serve you better for a more enjoyable experience.
