This retreat comes complete for family-friendly comfort and convenience with features including games, baby gates, a high chair, and Pack-N-Play. Bust out the provided lawn games and fire up the gas grill on the private deck for unforgettable backyard barbecues. Showcasing recent updates throughout, this home comes well-appointed for comfort. The sunny, enclosed front porch offers a cozy all-season perch for morning coffee and family entertainment awaits in the living room equipped with a smart TV and collection of classic board games, plus an electric fireplace for evening ambiance. The kitchen includes all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils for at-home meal planning and there's seating for six at the dining room table. Central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the home essentials. Please note that this property does not have A/C.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with a full bathroom shared between them. An additional full bathroom is located on the main floor for household convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
