This is a well-appointed home with everything one could want on a vacation. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs to use. This is very helpful when one is flying in from out of state. The heated pool was enjoyable. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The house was very nicely updated, decorated perfectly and well appointed with everything we needed. The private backyard and pool were very nice. The location to downtown Sarasota was a very convenient perk. The street was a bit busy and sometimes loud with traffic but overall a very good rental spot.

This property was amazing! It’s exactly as pictured. It’s adorable, clean, well stocked with all the basic needs and great location. The pool and outdoor area were perfect. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here. My husband and I took a short weekend trip to the beach and found this cute rental. Loved the privacy of the backyard and the cute decor. Location was close to the beach and shopping. Would highly recommend this place!

Clean and nicely updated property with absolutely everything you could need! Nice location with easy access to beaches restaurants downtown and all the nearby Spring Training Baseball Stadiums.

We loved Pink Flamingo

Wonderful rental! So tastefully decorated with such a cute Florida flare. The pool was completely secluded by lush palms. The ping pong table provided night time entertainment. Centrally located within a very reasonable drive to several popular areas. Our favorites were Lido beach and New Town. Very stocked with beach supplies, plenty of linens, towels, etc. Truly a great place to stay with a very responsive owner.

This property is exactly as described and even better. It is very clean, lovely attention to detail, decor is so cute, great water filtration. My husband, sons, and I went to visit - and the location is so great - 15 min from everything Florida! And, Mercedes the owner very available! We will be back, thank you!

Pink Perfection (in a good way!)

This property is just amazing. The attention to detail is phenomenal. You have everything you need to make your stay perfect. You don't even need to leave the property (but do because there is a lot to see in Sarasota). Do not hesitate to rent this beautiful home.

Amazing pool property

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained home. The pool and porch areas feel like an oasis and we spent all of our time here. Mercedes has put a lot of attention into details in this fun flamingo themed pad. She also responded quickly when we had a few small issues. The home is on a busier street but the traffic quieted down at night. The pool was our savior since the Gulf Coast has been experiencing red tide at the beaches. But had we been beach going, the house is outfitted for all beach needs. We also loved the ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Would not recommend! We asked for a later check out they said yes we said we would clean all the bedding and all the towels and we even too out all the trash we left the place very clean condition and now we are being blamed for taking two beach chairs and two towels hello we were on a plane we flew here from Montana there’s no way in hell we could take two beach chairs and we don’t need anymore towels we barely had enough room in our suitcases to take back our souvenirs so now they are trying to charge us for two beach chairs and two beach towels so I would not recommend or you’ll be accused of stealing stuff from them. I strongly believe in karma so we would never steal this is very frustrating
