This stunning Mediterranean inspired lake home boasts over 7,000 square ft of glorious space! Luxury, privacy, your own exclusive boat slip and gorgeous views of beautiful Lake Wylie make this a vacation dream home! Sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on one of the two lakefront verandas or by the outdoor fireplace. Enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball, take a refreshing swim or scenic kayak ride, or simply relax and revive yourself in the wonderful natural surroundings.
The Space:
Spacious, bright and airy, this lakefront custom-built home with high ceilings and sweeping lake views, offers a spectacular vacation experience. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths provide your family with plenty of room to relax at this quiet waterfront property. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, a daybed and a comfortable futon, everyone can have their own resting spot to enjoy!
The top floor features three queen beds, a daybed, a futon and entertainment space. The second floor boasts the largest king master suite on Lake Wylie, complete with sitting area and lake balcony access. Two more queen bedrooms are on the second floor, which also features a workstation and reading area. The main floor has everything at your fingertips with a queen bedroom, ample seating, dining room, and a cook's dream kitchen. If that isn't enough, you can entertain on the balcony or in the three seasons room that is larger than most apartments. The basement level has a ping pong table, foosball, and other family games, or take a scenic kayak ride and explore beautiful Lake Wylie! Gather with family in the outdoor lounge with fireplace and enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola!
