**Important Notices:**

- **Dock Usage:** Please note the dock is temporarily out of service due to storm repairs but the backyard and patio remain fully accessible for enjoyment.

- **Dog-Friendly Home:** Your four-legged friends are welcome! Contact us to include your pet in your stay. There is a non refundable pet fee required per pet.

- **Commitment to Cleanliness:** Our professional cleaning team rigorously sanitizes the space between each guest visit, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene for your peace of mind.



**For Your Convenience:**

Guests benefit from a starter kit including essential supplies for a comfortable stay. Also, please prepare to refill the propane tank for the outdoor grill after use.
