Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings as well as a modern kitchen. There is a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
