Super cool property located right in downtown Chelan where you can walk to everything. Very comfy bed, very clean room and all the necessary amenities for our stay. Only negative is if you wanna sleep in the dark there is a skylight directly above your bed that shines in bright very early in the morning. There is no on-site parking but parking is only about three blocks away. Did make drop off and pick up a personal effects a little challenging, but the location made everything worth it. We would definitely stay again.

Great room. We were bummed that there wasn’t a private balcony especially because we asked for a room with one. It was a great location and loved the music that was playing outside so you could hear it on the communal balcony.

Great location for Chelan!

The Landing was perfect for us. Everything (shopping, dining, etc.) was within walking distance. And when we went to venture out for wine tasting, etc. the dedicated parking lot was not as inconvenient as we expected. We recommend The Landing and intend to return.

The location of this property is excellent. The room was clean and accommodating. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The restaurant staff on the main floor were very friendly and accommodating. As others have mentioned, the parking location is not convenient, especially in very hot (or inclement) weather.

Loved the room. Clean and well appointed. Only negatives were getting up stairs to rooms (no elevators) and parking (had to unload bags in the alley and parking was 2 blocks away). But that was offset by great location and nice amenities downstairs (restaurant and ice cream parlor).

Great location. The parking is a bit far. Bar next door was loud but rhey did quite down around 11. Great if your an early riser as the sky light will get you up bright and early with the sun. Clean. Would stay again.

Nice, but….

The room was never cleaned from the night before, and we were not the only ones. We had to be put in another room and the other couple just waited. There is no secure bike parking, so don’t bring bikes. The car parking is two blocks away from the property. The property was nice and in great shape, but we found the things mentioned above to be very frustrating. I did not see the parking mentioned in the listing, but it should be there. The proximity to dining is great.

Hot water was unreliable the first night of our stay. Our bathroom door didn't shut/latch. There is no fan in the bathroom. There is mold behind the door and in the shower (probably frok lack of ventilation). The door code provided to us was wrong, and we were not provided the correct code until the next day AFTER we had already checked out. There is not a microwave in the room or available onsite. There were multiple pieces of a previous tenant's hair on the shower wall. This stay has seriously made me rethink wanting to use VRBO ever again. Hotels are more accommodating and less of a hassle.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter issues with the hot water, door access, bathroom maintenance, and cleanliness during your stay. In particular, the incorrect door code and the delay in receiving the correct information are unacceptable, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We also take your comments regarding the bathroom condition, ventilation, and housekeeping very seriously and will be reviewing these concerns with our maintenance and cleaning teams immediately. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience for every guest, and we're disappointed to hear that we fell short during your visit. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where we need to improve. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address them and improve the experience for future guests.
