Serenity awaits as you step into this totally renovated Cottage. The property is perfectly located in the heart of Long Island's Wine Country. Centered on the North Fork this home allows you to explore all that there is to offer... antique shops, restaurants, vineyards, breweries, farm stands and the beautiful Causeway Beach is just steps from this home.

The home is fully renovated with an amazing new kitchen and all new appliances, new bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, new washer/dryer, brand new central A/C, a beautiful screened in porch, outside gas grill and fire pit. The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking and bike riding. A short 7-minute walk brings you to one of the most amazing beaches on the North Fork. Relax on the Causeway Beach overlooking the Peconic Bay and de-stress. Hop in a kayak and see amazing wildlife in the surrounding creeks.

Jump in the car and within 3 miles you can enjoy Bedell Cellars, Lenz, Raphael Winery, or Pindar Vineyards (to just name a few). Or take a ride to Greenport Harbor Brewery & Restaurant (2.5 miles).

Don't feel like cooking head over to the Red Rooster for dinner or check out Maroni's of Southold (The Pots Grandma Maroni's Meatballs - keep the pot as a souvenir).

This adorable cottage was a perfect retreat for the two of us. We enjoyed being so close to the water and the very quiet neighborhood. The house is in a prime location near great restaurants and boutique vineyards that NoFo offers! Our host was extremely attentive and available to us during our stay. The house if exceptionally maintained, very clean and brand new! We will return soon!

Great base for exploring the North Fork

We (two adult couples) just had a great stay here. The house is exactly as advertised, very well appointed, and conveniently located to serve as a base to explore the wineries, restaurants and beaches of the North Fork. Highly recommend!

Perfect north fork getaway

We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was plenty of space for a family of 4 to spend a weekend. We particularly enjoyed the porch and large back yard as well as the proximity to beaches, wineries, and dining. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

Best family get away

Bill was so friendly and inviting. Photos are accurate. Location is so close to gorgeous causeway beach. Minutes from main road- convenient for market runs and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back w my kids and husband.

Perfect North Fork Getaway

We traveled to North Fork, Long Island for the first time and this house was amazing. The hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including a fire pit, games, beach chairs, and large TV's. The home was decorated beautifully, extremely clean, had comfortable bedding, and a stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to returning and will stay here again!

Cutchogue Cottage

A surprisingly lovely 2 Br cottage, recently renovated and in excellent condition. Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to a local Peconic Bay beach. Great communication with owner/manager. Very convenient to enjoy the entire North Fork.

Great girls getaway weekend!

Beautiful interior! It feels like you are living in a new home with all new appliances. The location is within biking distance to many wineries and Greenport is only a 15-20 minute cab ride. Bill was very helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. 100% would stay again.

Simply Perfect Cottage

The Cottage was perfect for my husband & I. We were guests for a wedding at The Vineyard, So we decided to make a quick getaway out East. The newly renovated cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Bill, the property manager was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions that we texted him. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This home was like walking into my dream home. The decor & space were well thought out, and there wasn’t a detail not covered. The owner was easy breezy & prompt to answer my questions. Most Charming Cottage in North Fork!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage in North Fork! From the moment we arrived, the cozy charm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I was right at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated, combining rustic elements with modern comforts—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations which we totally took advantage of. I can’t recommend this place enough—it's perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle or the perfect landing place for a work weekend. I will be back when I come to North Fork again!!

What an incredible, brand new cottage in the heart of everything North Fork! This property is brand new, clean, organized to perfection and so adorable and cozy! The location is perfect for exploring everything the North Fork has to offer. The owner is super helpful, communicative, and such a nice guy! I grew up in Mattituck and my wife grew up in Cutchogue. Being back on the North Fork is beyond amazing. As an adolescent the North Fork was just a place where we grew up but now in adulthood with a young family, we fully appreciate the specialness of the north Fork that we couldn't comprehend in our youth. It's all about making memories with family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It really is such a special place, and such a quiet neighborhood. I become emersed in the sounds of the surrounding nature and how serene the Cottage is. It is a huge stress reliever to just come out in the morning and walk the neighborhood or take a short walk to the beach.
