Lofted Studio Apartment nestled in the Whitefish Mountain Range.

This beautiful apartment is nestled in the woods with views of Trumbull Creek. Our location is just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Whitefish and 30 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort, where outdoor enthusiast can hike, bike, or ski. We are located 30 minutes from the gateway to beautiful Glacier National Park.
Schaeffer Mountain offers a relaxing location in the Whitefish Range of the Rocky Mountains. Our Apartment is 750 sq feet of living space with 175 sq feet of deck and roughly 1/2 acre of landscaped timber. Our rustic sheik apartment offers a full kitchen with new appliances for those looking to cook while on vacation. Private deck that over looks the camping and fire pit for those that choice to enjoy the true Montana experience of outdoor living . A charcoal and gas burning grill is available for you during your stay.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 with king bed in the main studio area, a full bed located in a bonus room and we also offer the use of an air mattress upon request.
The living space is fully furnished with new coach and chair.
Enjoy the lighted path to the fire pit where you can star gaze, enjoy a roasted marshmallow, or a beverage of choice. Fire wood will be provide, due to no fire wood cutting or gathering on the property!
Our property boarders FH Stoltz which allows for public access for hiking, biking, fishing in Trumbull Creek, Cross Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing, and also hunting. Hunting is not permitted on the property.
