Loved the washer and dryer. Beautiful view and close to restaurants and trolley stop. We could see the water from our rooms and from the balcony. One minute walk to the beach! Great place! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the 2nd floor located by the pool. The unit was well laid out, well stocked and very clean. The grounds were well kept and inviting. Each unit has a dedicted parking space that was clearly marked. It was great that beach chairs & a cooler were provided. The location was fantastic. It was a short easy stroll to the beach's water's edge. The manager Matthew quickly answered any questions we had. We highly recommend Mellow On The Beach!

First time in AMI

Swanky Pad on Beach w/ Great Pool and Courtyards

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two families that rented the 2 bdr and 3 bdr units. The secure courtyard area surrounding the property was great for the kids to play and the separately secured pool area gave parents piece of mind on safety. Overall location is great to access activities to the north and south. The only “quasi” negative as the proximity to the public beach made the beach area a little more crowded than other beaches on island.

We celebrated my wife's 30th birthday and everyone that stayed was very impressed. We even got to see the bioluminescence in the golf one night!
