This home offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a beautifully landscaped backyard that will have you feeling like you are at your own personal desert resort! Enjoy the private backyard with a pool and spa and plenty of seating!

-Strict sound ordinance

-Pool heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking

-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 per pet per day

-Mailbox access allowed

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

Great stay for my family! Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. We really enjoyed the pool and grill. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely keeping this house in my favs list for future getaways. Management company was also very responsive:)

Nice, tidy little house with an enclosed backyard and a pool. Great for hanging out and enjoying the sunshine.

The Hot Tub and Pool are the stars of this property! Sparkling clean, large round hot tub warms up in a couple of minutes. We didn't need pool heat in March, but consider it based on the weather forecast in February.Authentic mid-century-modern home circa 1950.... with a nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of extra space for the 2 of us... approx 1100 sqft. Plenty of pool floaties etc.Nearby downtown and airport. Restaurants, stores, golf are close by.

Several Large Grapefruit trees on Property provided huge grapefruits every day.

Had a great, stress-free stay. Any help needed was promptly addressed. The property was very well appointed. Especially the kitchen, where I found no need for anything for cooking or storing. The unit was very clean and organized. Documents explaining the use of anything was veryhelpful.

It was our first time to Palm Springs. Location was great. We could easily get to downtown for dinner or go see friends out in Rancho Mirage. Loved being close to Demuth park to walk dog. Enjoyed our hike in the Indian creek area.

Great little house for a getaway

Our group of 3 adults rented this house for 3 nights and it met all expectations. The house has all the amenities we needed and the spa was nice on cool nights. The location is very central and easy to get to in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. Our check-in and stay was easy and the agent was quick to respond to the few questions we had. I highly recommend this property for small groups or a family.

Perfect Girls Only Weekend

My girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend here. The house was immaculately clean and the hosts super friendly. It was very well appointed and had everything a group of girls could want. The house was centrally located, close to shopping, spas, grocery stores and gas stations. Next time we come to Palm Springs, we will stay here again😊

Fantastic, updated house in quiet neighborhood

The house was great - modern, comfortable, had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic, communicated well and answered any questions we had right away. I even got a call upon check in to make sure everything was good. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as the weather was a bit chilly. The house is located about 10 minutes from the main part of town and it wss an easy drive. Overall fantastic stay!

Great Palm Springs getaway

Great stay in this well stocked, clean and cozy house. We had a toddler and an infant in our party and were very happy with the toys and kids pool accessories available. The pool was the perfect size and the backyard was peaceful and relaxing. The house was a 5 minute drive to downtown and close to many shops and grocery stores. The check in host was great, very communicative and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great property

We had everything we needed. Hot tub was great. We cooked breakfast each day and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Tip is to bring your own keurig pods or ground coffee w filters. They had both kinds of makers. Bed, towels, etc was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to airport, downtown, and Cathedral City.

Terrific and efficient small house

The house itself was great and the prop management re was timely, responsive and helpful. The only small criticism is that VRBo’s map showed the property in a different location than where it was. I am sure this will be corrected. The house itself was super — and a bargain.

OK house

OK house in a spotty neighborhood. Loud neighbors, late night loud vehicles coming and going, cops had street blocked off one night when we came home from dinner because they found a crack pipe on a guy and we’re searching his car. For the price I wouldn’t recommend the place.

Hi Bill! we have never had police activity in our neighborhood nor is it an unsafe location. There are many vacation rentals in the neighborhood and unfortunately, some renters make poor choices like bringing unapproved items. We are sorry that this experience hindered your stay.

Fantastic Home!

We were so comfortable in this home for our Palm Springs vacation. They are extremely generous about having the house be well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The beds and furniture are super comfortable. We cooked in two nights and had every appliance we needed to make a great meal. The heated hot tub was a big plus. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. The one tip I'd offer...pay attention to the check-in instructions about the house electrical things (outlets, AC/Heat, lights, etc.). It's not an intuitive house in this regard but very easy to navigate if you pay attention during check-in.
