The first-floor family room features a 42” flat-screen TV, Xbox, and Bose 3-2-1 sound system. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor boasts a large open-concept kitchen with a beverage center, plenty of cabinet space, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a separate dining area with additional seating at the large center island. The Great Room is beautiful and spacious with a 60” flat-screen TV. The King primary bedroom located off of the Great Room has a private bath, 42” flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and closet.

Enjoy your morning coffee under one of the covered porches with outdoor seating and peaceful ocean views. After a fun day at the beach, you also can enjoy a spectacular in-ground swimming pool (open from Easter - October) with an outdoor large Blackstone griddle, enclosed shower, bar, refrigerator, and a 65" outdoor flat-screen TV over the bar for your entertainment. There is plentiful seating for those warm summer evenings around the pool and to enjoy the ocean breeze. Conveniently located on Brunswick Avenue, it is just a quick 3-minute walk to the private access located at the end of Boyd Street.
