This 4-bedroom, 4 ½ bath home has an inverted floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms on the first floor with private baths, 42” flat-screen TVs (in bedrooms 1, 2, and 3), and ceiling fans. The first-floor family room features a 42” flat-screen TV, Xbox, and Bose 3-2-1 sound system. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor boasts a large open-concept kitchen with a beverage center, plenty of cabinet space, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and a separate dining area with additional seating at the large center island. The Great Room is beautiful and spacious with a 60” flat-screen TV. The King primary bedroom, located off of the Great Room, has a private bath, 42” flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and closet.

Enjoy your morning coffee under one of the covered porches with outdoor seating and peaceful ocean views. After a fun day at the beach, you can also enjoy a spectacular in-ground swimming pool (open from Easter - October) with an outdoor large Blackstone griddle, enclosed shower, bar, refrigerator, and a 65" outdoor flat-screen TV over the bar for your entertainment. There is plenty of seating for those warm summer evenings around the pool and to enjoy the ocean breeze. Conveniently located on Brunswick Avenue, it is just a quick 3-minute walk to the private access located at the end of Boyd Street.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
