On the corner of Mason and Bay Avenue! Literally right across from the public fishing pier and steps away from the beach. Take a walk down Mason Avenue and enjoy dinner followed by dessert at Brown Dog Ice Cream or Peach Beach Shaved Ice Shack. No need to ever get in your car to enjoy the wonders of Cape Charles in this perfectly located beach house.
The downstairs boasts a huge, open living area and large dining table with formal seating for eight. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with island seating for two more. Gas appliances and tankless hot water heater allow for limitless hot showers when the whole family is visiting.
Upstairs, there are TWO master bedroom sets with king beds as well as three guest bedrooms with a queen bed with attached en-suite, two twin beds, and double bunk beds, respectively.
Outside there is total parking for six cars, a gas grill, and both a deck and balcony with unobstructed views of the Bay.
Wake up and walk out onto the attached balcony from the master bedroom and enjoy coffee taking in fresh air and beautiful views. This home is modern, tasteful, and ideally located for beach access, shopping, dining, or enjoying the views with nothing in your way.
