You can’t beat this location, completely surrounded by first-class restaurants, boutiques & nightclubs. Eat, drink, and stroll to Liberty Bridge at Falls Park, with its awe-inspiring waterfall views!

After exploring, enjoy all the amenities of the condo - the spacious open living room, large balcony overlooking Main Street, the fully-equipped kitchen, the luxury bedding, and the the 65-inch Apple Smart TV!

Enjoy the modern layout and decor of our condo! The kitchen opens to the airy living room in the center of the condo, with attractive leather couches facing a large entertainment center. The living room opens to one of the few large sitting verandas overlooking Main Street - perfect for people-watching and soaking in all of the downtown energy. 2 extra-large bedrooms and bathrooms flank either side of the living room, providing extra separation and privacy.

To prepare for the next day’s adventures, the King bedroom is furnished with a 15-inch Dreamcloud hybrid mattress, and the twin bedroom boasts 2 extra-long hybrid Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 100 mattresses. Wrapped in high-quality percale linens, you are destined to have a luxurious, healthful night’s sleep.

You can park on the street (unmetered, check street signs for time limits), or in the parking garage adjacent to the building for $7/day.

The entire 1250+ sf condo will be yours to enjoy except for a couple of owner’s closets. There is plenty of additional closet space (regular, large walk-in, linen) available for your convenience.

Other things to note:
You will be in the thriving, high-energy center of amazing downtown Greenville! Although the condo is insulated well, you will hear street sounds and the general hustle-and-bustle of city life.

Highly Recommend

What a beautiful, clean condo with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host, Pat. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and sitting outside after dark. Yes, there is street noise which is explained in the details, but we got used to it quickly. Our days were spent exploring all there is to see in Greenville and surrounding area.

Nice condo right in the heart of downton

Condo was clean and well decorated with very comfy beds. Balcony overlooked Main St where the farmers market was held on Saturday morning. We were able to park easily in the garage ($7 a day) and walked everywhere - to the Peace Center to see a play, to restaurants, to shopping, to the Reedy Falls park… very convenient location! On weekend nights the street below is very loud (which we knew about in advance from the listing) but we enjoyed people watching from the balcony and used our sound machines to dull the noise so we could sleep. The owner was easy to communicate with - we’re already planning a return trip!

Ladies’ Trip

I live in Greenville but did not have enough space for friends coming into town so I stayed with them at this lovely condo. This is right in the heart of downtown and was perfect for a fun time. The condo was clean, fully stocked with supplies and very comfortable. The owner was in constant communication as well even though we had no issues that needed to be addressed. Staying downtown on a weekend can be noisy so we very much appreciated the white noise machines and ear plugs that were provided in the bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the amazing patio overlooking Main Street. Will definitely recommend this condo to family/friends that come into town in the future. Great place! Thank you for everything Pat!

Great location but very loud

The condo location is excellent, easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shops and the place was very clean with all the amenities we needed. However, the property is extremely loud with noisy cars practically racing down the street until after midnight and delivery trucks right beneath the balcony starting at 4:00 a.m. as well as being able to easily hear the people upstairs walking around. I really liked the condo itself and the hosts were extremely nice and had excellent communication but I would not stay here again simply due to the noise.

We began our love affair with Wailea the moment we set foot there 15 years ago. Nothing beats the lush tropical scenery, the breezy, balmy climate, the deep turquoise beauty of the ocean, and especially the Aloha spirit of the people.

It was also love at first sight when we first visited Greenville, South Carolina. We started our exploration near Falls Park on the Reedy, and spent the afternoon exploring the award-winning downtown area. This area of Greenville is spectacular - modern, gorgeous, and filled with fun and interesting things to do. Plus, the Southern hospitality of the people is second to none!

We love being hosts, and our focus is offering the most comfortable, attractive, accommodating, convenient, hassle-free experience by providing a “home away from home” that you will find perfect for both work and play.
