L & M Rental Solutions LLC was founded in May 2021 by a husband and wife duo from Anderson, SC. The company, named after the coupleâs two boys, specializes in providing furnished, clean, and comfortable short-term housing to traveling & business clients in the southeast United States.
We found our love for corporate housing in December 2019 with the introduction of COVID-19 that drastically impacted so many lives around the world. With the increased demand in traveling nurses to fight on the front lines to save lives daily, and the lack of comfortable and affordable housing for them to reside in during their contracts, L & M Rental Solutions was created. We've since expanded into the world of short-term housing, now offering various properties in the states of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Weâve lived in the upstate our whole lives, traveling to Greenville very often growing up. The location of this property is amazing! Right in the heart of Downtown Greenville, on Main Street! Youâre walking distance to most of Greenvilleâs major restaurants, events, and attractions!

The brick walls seen in the listing photos are original to the building! Youâll also be located right above one of Greenvilleâs most renowned restaurants, the smell of gourmet food fills the hallways daily! One step out of the front door and youâre in the middle of all of the Downtown Greenville action, the location of this apartment couldnt be any better!
