The entrance door will lead you right into the living room with its 2 comfortable couches, TV and windows that bring in the light. You will like the charming decoration and cosy furniture.
The dining area includes a table with 4 chairs, perfect for your meals or as a work desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker. The separate laundry room includes washer/dryer.

The stairs will take you to the 2nd floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, night stands, a large window, carpeted floors, and a large dressing.
The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be put together (contact us), a large window and a chest of drawers. The 3rd bedroom features a convertible couch and a desk with a printer.
The 2nd bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.

The garage is located at the backside of the house, where you can park one car and find beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 1 bike. You can park a 2nd car on the driveway, in front of the garage.
More parking (limited to 2 cars) is available on the street, on the front side of the house.

This house is at the perfect location: the San Michele community is centrally located to fully enjoy what Sarasota has to offer:
Downtown Sarasota: 10 min drive, Nathan Benderson Park 20 min drive, UTC Mall 15 min drive, Lido Key 20 min or Siesta Key 25 min
The community features a heated communal pool, BBQ grills, and tennis courts that you can enjoy during your stay.
