Convenient to everything

Clean, comfortable and stocked with little extras, this house is close to everything from vineyard tours to snow skiing and all the great restaurants and shops on Front street. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back!!

Ringing in the New Year as a Family

This was a great combination of cozy gathering spaces—kitchen table big enough for a large family to eat and play games and enough seating for everyone to watch a movie—and beds for everyone to have a space for themselves to regroup. Location was great for a quick trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Penninsula Park and walking distance to grocery to get supplies we forgot. Would definitely recommend!

The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely soft and uncomfortable. We were asked to put the towels in the washer and start the load, but there were no operating instructions. It's located across the street from a shopping plaza which is convenient but also results in a lot of traffic. I thought that it was over priced when compared to hotels in the area. With that being said it was clean and convenient for a group.

Great place

We had a great time visiting Traverse City for the weekend. We searched out a place large enough for our family of 6 that also had a hot tub and came across this gem! Loved the decor of the house, very modern and up to date. Very clean and had all the amenities. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine! Across the street was a grocery store, which came in handy! We’ll definitely head back to this house when we visit again!

Property was clean and great location. Very roomy, large bathrooms and bed rooms if you need to put pack and play for the kids. Easy access to get to town.

I'm a Traverse City native with a passion for improving the quality of properties in my local community and creating tranquil retreats where friends and family can gather. We have young children, which can make staying in hotel rooms pretty cramped and uncomfortable. If you've ever tried getting a toddler to nap in the same room as their siblings, you know what I mean! So I started brainstorming how to make traveling more relaxing and a better experience for families and friends to get together, especially in such a beautiful place as northern Michigan. The solution? I invest in single-family vacation rentals, giving families the space to spread out, and friends an opportunity to meet up and vacation together.

The properties that I offer are close to the best parts of northern Michigan, so guests spend less time in the car and more time enjoying the water, parks, eateries and wineries that make this place so unique and rejuvenating.

When you stay at one of our properties, know that you aren't lining the pockets of someone in a stuffy suit across the country. Instead, you are supporting a young, female entrepreneur raising their family locally, who is excited to share with you this beautiful place they call home.
