Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends, wedding groups, corporate retreats, and family reunions. Easy drive to Leelanau wineries and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The Space: Welcome to Villa Azul , our lake home on Long Lake in Traverse City. This charming yet modern lake home is located right next to the smaller public boat launch on Long Lake, making it a perfect Up North getaway. Our home has a spacious living area with panoramic windows, which provide breathtaking views of the water. There is a gas fireplace, perfect for gathering around after a long day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy with family and friends. We do provide basic condiments for you to prepare your meals including olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and some basic spices. We have a Keurig machine, a Nespresso and drip coffee. We even have a dedicated chef's closet stocked with all the gadgets you could need, including a crockpot, smoothie blender, immersion blender, handheld mixer, and an electric griddle. Kids love our soda maker and our shaved ice machine is a huge hit with our younger guests. Our dining table seats 10-12 persons.

The home has one bedroom on the main level. This master bedroom has a king bed. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion to make your stay luxurious. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs which have one king and two queen beds. There is an additional fifth children's bedroom, which has a queen day bed as well as three armchairs that pull out into twin beds. One of the bedrooms offers a designated workspace. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs, the smaller of which is located ensuite in the fourth bedroom. The main level has laundry facilities. All of our bedrooms have their own TV for your entertainment, with the ability to log into streaming services.

The kid's bedroom has a NEX playground videogame console and Meta Quest 2 VR system. We have console games for provided for our young gamers. The Nex playground system is an active play system that gets families moving. The Meta Quest is a Virtual Reality System that is a fun and immersive experience, perfect for gaming and unwinding. We also provide a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

For those traveling with young children, we provide a crib, Pack n Play, high chair, and kid-friendly plates and utensils to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. There are also toys and children's book for your use during your stay.

The deck overlooks the lake, and has a grill as well as outdoor seating for meals. The deck chairs are perfect for your morning coffee while enjoying views of the lake. Our hot tub accomodates 8 persons, and is available year round for your enjoyment. In addition, we have a fire pit which is perfect for smores and storytime in the evenings.

Enjoy the private dock for a leisurely afternoon by the lake or relax on the expansive deck surrounded by nature. The dock is also great for an afternoon of fishing. Our beach is firm and sandy. We have 3 Kayaks and a canoe you are free to use, as well as life jackets. We do have a large parking space for a boat trailer as well. We have partnered with several local companies who will deliver a pontoon or jet skis right to our dock.

We do allow pets on a case by case basis, with an additional fee of $100 per stay per pet
