Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised by the 2/10 rating, as we consistently strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all our guests. Prior to your review, our property had received only 10/10 ratings, so your experience is certainly not typical. I understand your frustration regarding the lack of air conditioning during one of the hottest months of the year. However, as you acknowledged, AC is not listed as an amenity for this property, and the nightly rate reflects that. VRBO offers filters to help guests search for homes with specific features, including air conditioning, which can help ensure expectations are aligned. Regarding the issue with ants, our cleaning team reported a small presence outside the home, beneath one of the front windows. No ants were found inside or elsewhere on the property. The area was promptly cleaned and treated, and we will continue to monitor and take further action if necessary. As for your comments about additional investment, the home is fully equipped and features brand-new flooring and carpeting. That said, we are always open to constructive suggestions that could enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for your input—it helps us improve and better serve future guests.
