Situated in one of the most premier locations within the Park City area, this new construction contemporary townhome is close to everything Park City has to offer: 3 minute to Deer Valleyâs Jordanelle Gondola, 7 minute to downtown Park City, and 35 minutes to Salt Lake Airport. Whether to ski at at Deer Valley in winter or boat in the Jordanelle Lake in summer, this amazing home will offer an ultimate four-season mountain life experience to everyone in your family at your door step.
Enjoy all 2,700 square feet of this home, which feels much larger due to its vaulted ceilings and open concept design. The great floor plan will make everyone comfortable sleeping, dinning, entertaining, and working.
The huge fireplace extends all the way to the top, giving you an expansive feel of this home.
