First we need to say we are very sorry these guests clearly didn’t enjoy their stay. We immediately fulfilled on their requests with pleasure and there was no indication they were unhappy while they were here. We strive and enjoy doing anything we can so our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. This is clear by reading other reviews on this and other platforms. The following is for the purpose of clarifying some points brought up that we don’t want future guests to be confused about. It was a courtesy to take their towels off the clothesline during the rainstorm and dry them in our dryer. We did send a message to let them know we had done that for them. There is no mention anywhere in the description or amenities about a fire pit. During summer we are under fire restrictions so open fires and smoking are not permitted. Lisa did go to see where the smoke was coming from outside the motor home and saw Greg was cooking on his small grill on the deck which was totally fine. Nothing was said about that not being ok. Yes we have two chocolate labs who are always restrained when guests are on the property. They are totally friendly and most of our guests love to visit with them. If they happen to be out on their tethers when a guest returns they will bark to say hi. Our neighbors dogs are totally friendly and couldn’t get over the fence if they tried. We are not on the river, this is clear in the listing. It is a natural country property, not Augusta National.
