You will find this home is full of unique and thoughtfully curated furniture, music, books, and décor. We believe this makes for a more memorable, engaging experience when you and yours spend time together here. The living room is not entirely screen focused, it is easy to forget the television is there and spend time talking in two separate seating areas. Our family loves music, and my husband has been a record collector since he was 15 years old. We love kicking back and listening to fun records, and having impromptu dance parties with the kids, and teaching them about the past through music.. I love the flow of the house from the back deck into the living room and onto the front deck. Many conversations can be happening simultaneously and feel private but connected. Kids seem to whirl up into a dust devil, moving from 1st floor to second, down and outside onto the decks, then around the house again, leaving adults time to enjoy themselves while the kids are occupied. The back deck feels secluded during the summer when the vegetation comes in. The string lights set a nice atmosphere after dark, and Mosquito's are next to none compared to when we lived farther inland!
