When you step into this home, all of your worries will immediately wash away as the beauty and grandeur of this house surround you. Relax after your long drive in the ground-floor game room/recreation lounge where you can play shuffleboard and foosball or whip up some light refreshments and adult drinks at the wet bar, equipped with its own ice maker, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Send the kiddos over to the children's TV room where they can unwind with comfy gaming chairs and a flat-screen TV. Down here, you'll also find 2 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. The ground floor also has a conveniently located laundry area to make end-of-the-day cleanup a breeze. Be sure to take the elevator, which you can access from each floor!

On the mid-level, you'll begin to see just how close you are to the ocean with the gorgeous mid-level porch which is covered and has seating for 4. Go out just a little bit further on the tiled path and you'll find an open sun deck, great for perfecting your vacation tan. Back inside is the pub area with a wet bar, pool table, and poker table that lead to the in-home theater where you and ten of your family members can retreat from the summer sun for a movie experience like no other. This floor also boasts 3 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which also has private access to a streetside porch. Further down the hall, you'll find the Bunk Suite which has 2/pyramid bunks built into the walls and a bathroom with a shower stall.

Take the elevator up to the top floor and you will find what is arguably the best part of this spacious home that is just perfect for large families. The view of the ocean from this floor is unmatched. Take in the ocean air and natural light in the beautiful living area which is set up with cozy furniture perfect for a relaxing evening of watching the waves or enjoying family movie night on the flat-screen TV.
