Charming Guest House at Live Oaks on the Bayou

Live Oaks on the Bayou is perfect for those on vacation, business or coming to the area for a beach getaway, wedding or graduation. The guesthouse is nestled behind our home with your own driveway and parking . Enjoy a private meal, coffee or a cocktail in the quiet serene courtyard-fountain area immediately out your front door. A wide variety of dining is a 3-10 minute walk. There is always some vegetation in bloom here and throughout one of Pensacola's most treasured neighborhoods.

The guesthouse cottage has a kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and a Keurig machine for your morning coffee. The guesthouse is not ventilated so no cooking is allowed nor do we allow guests to bring their own cooking appliances. You'll want to spend time inside or outside in the lovely courtyard with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and your favorite book, phone, or computer during your down time. You will enjoy high speed internet/ wifi and a smart TV for your entertainment in the living room and bedroom. There is a security camera that monitors outdoor common spaces only. It monitors activity in the driveway area and courtyard.

You are just steps away from the gorgeous Bayou Texar and a short walk to delicious restaurants / coffee shops and much more. You will drive only about 15 mins to Pensacola Beach or Pensacola International Airport and Downtown is only a 7 min drive. East Hill is a terrific location near everything - downtown, nightlife, beaches, airport, shopping malls, movies and fabulous foods of every variety. And of course Pensacola has tons of excursions, and activities to offer.
