For security purposes, cameras are located on the exterior of the home only. No Pets, No smoking, No parties or events are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 guest per reservation. Must be 25 years of age for securing reservations. We would also recommend trip/travel insurance for those unexpected events. Signed rental agreement, photo ID and Security Deposit required.
