Peaceful Beach Retreat - Heated Pool, Big Backyard, Mini-Bar & Game Room

Pool open: Late May to October 5th
Only 8 minutes away from Smith Point Beach! As you arrive, the driveway leads you to the garage. On the main floor, a cozy living space greets you with 1 bedroom featuring a queen day bed with a pull out twin bed underneath, a half-bathroom, a kitchen equipped with numerous cooking appliances, and 2 dining areas. The basement contains a minibar and a game room where you can enjoy a variety of activities such as playing pool, board games, or the Xbox Series S, or singing karaoke. You can watch your favorite streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max, Peacock, Hulu, and Sling TV on the living room TVs. As you head to the second floor, 4 bedrooms await you, including 3 rooms with queen beds, and a grand master bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom. Our spacious backyard contains a heated pool, a furnished gazebo, and a small basketball court for your relaxing getaway!

Additional info & rules:
•Absolutely NO pets allowed, please do not ask. No exception will be made!
• No smoking
• Checking out late (after 11:00 AM) without approval from host will lead to late fee.
• Renters are required to sign liability agreement form before their stay.
• The driveway can fit 3 - 4 cars. There is street parking. However, please make sure to not block the neighbor’s driveway.
• Please keep noise to a minimum in the backyard especially during quiet hours (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM) So the neighbors are not bothered.
• Pool heater pump is set from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to 80 degrees. Please do not adjust the temperature or expect the pool to be heated or filtered after 9:00 p.m.
• We do NOT provide propane. Please refill the tanks for your own use. Home Depot is only a 3 min drive.
• During summer time there is a high frequency of bookings, some check-ins and checkouts will overlap. So I will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or a late check out.
• Failing to follow the rules or damaging anything in the property will result in an additional fee.
